We had a kids birthday party for a 6 year old hosted by Jade and Keet. The kids had an amazing time and both hostesses were amazing with them. My daughter said it was the best party ever. Highly recommend 10/10

I visited the shop today to enquire about facemasks which resulted in what felt like a personalised consultation. Ryan was able to answer all the questions I had about every product and was able to make recommendations that felt knowledgeable without pressuring me to make a purchase. He made me feel like I was part of the team while I was there, involving other Lush employees in our conversations. Ryan allowed me space to browse while remaining approachable for anything I needed. I left having purchased four products but more than that, I left excited to return for my next purchase. Ryan, Jemima and the team demonstrated exactly why physical shops remain important and showed a masterclass in how to ensure people have a reason to not shop online.

Brilliant! Daughter had her 10th Birthday here. Jem and Charlie were amazing, full of energy and did loads in the 90 minutes. A perfect mix of fun and pampering and great goody bags to take away too. Thank you!!

Went in the Cheltenham one day after my Birthday. Was supposed to go in on my birthday but was poorly. I loved the E.T bath bomb, me and my son were so excited when we saw it. At the end of our visit it was gifted to me by Hazel. Thank you so much Hazel. You made my day! Very polite and very helpful too.

We had a brilliant LUSH party for a 40th birthday celebration on 31st May 2025. Jemima was so knowledgeable about the thousands of products & the stories behind them. We made a bath bomb, had a tour of the shop & products and then tested the massage bars too and we took a goodie bag home. Shout out to the wider team too - Charlie & Ryan - who were so welcoming & on hand to help, answer questions, offer samples & even helped with recommending a good spot for lunch afterwards. We had such a fun time, thanks so much Team LUSH Cheltenham! x

Lovely Jemima looked after me last Saturday when I popped into lush to get a gift for my friend. I didn?t know what to get and Jemima was so fantastic at guiding me through the range of products, helping me find the perfect gift. The whole team were so lovely, and even kindly gifted me with a delish lavender bath bar (obsessed) 10/10 customer service and will 100% be back soon!
