On a positive note I always get waxing done here and it is amazing. And my actual hair cuts have been really nice - really happy with them. But the past two times have not been the best hair cut experiences. Last time they were really late and I sat in the waiting bit for nearly 30 minutes and felt like I had been forgotten about. And this time they did not offer me a drink, so I asked for one but they I guess forgot to make it - it felt like everyone else had a better experience from what I could see. I guess it made me feel not valued and forgotten about? So overall the people are really lovely and skilled at what they do but I feel like I wasnt valued and I felt a little sad rather than relaxed. Maybe this is a petty thing to feel bad about. But for the price I feel like I could go somewhere else that might make me feel better about myself.

Lucia did an amazing job with my colour and cut. The colour was exactly how I wanted from the picture I showed her and the way she has cut my hair really suits me. It has made me feel so much better about my appearance.

I was able to book at appointment at 1am for 9:30am the next day which was life saving! Ashleigh was incredible and so lovely to chat to. I explained to her what I was after and she listened perfectly but also guided the cut based on what worked for my hair type and texture. Definitely my new hairdressers and will be back for sure! I?d tried a few salons before and never quite gotten what I wanted (layers in long hair). Laura and the team did an incredible job. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. All the staff were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. They even comped a conditioning treatment because Laura was running behind slightly. Highly recommended and I am definitely going back!

Luke has taken me on the most exciting and wonderful journey. Having box dyed my hair at home for several years, it was looking its worst. Luke took on the challenge and created something truly beautiful. It has been a two-year journey, and I have enjoyed every moment, loving his expertise with colour, cutting and styling, I feel so blessed to have met Luke. He is an absolute hundred percent gem ??

i was so much disappointed ! before i go to this salon i see by google it?s well recommended but i didn?t check thz reviews ???? . it was a very bad experience that i still didn?t know what i need to do for my hair , i showed a picture on my consultation day and i explained very well what i would like to have especially no orange tone ???? ( i have a dark natural hair not tainted before ) . on my day i showed again a picture and i have been told that i couldn?t have a good result only if i do my hair on two sessions ? i said okay maybe not every one have the same haire so not the same result but i never heard we need 2 sessions to have a good balayage . at the end i got nothingjust a little bit orange couleur not even blended with my hair . i couldn?t even see the colour.. i was really shocked no changement nothing ? and before this she asked me if i would like to have a wavy hairstyle i accept but when she just dried mh hair and i see no results i refused to even have a wavy because i wzs so angry .
i paid £130 for nothing!!
i szid mzybe with time the tone colour will change but it becomes worst ! i give them a call and i had another consultation day . the lady was speaking very nice , and then she just recommended me to have another balayage like that it will be showen the couleur, so i will pay another £150 with hair colour specialist !!! i didn?t accept and i told her it was not my mistake to not have what i asked for !! so she reduced the price to £80 i accepted . but when i get home i just realised that im not supposed to pay even £0 !!!
to be honest im disappointed z?d unhappy about my experience , so i don?t recommend this place especially for balayage ???

Dropped in for a quick fringe trim which is a great free bonus as a client!
But was quickly disappointed/ upset when the woman (Staffi), massively cut all of my fringe and was ridiculously uneven ! Something which seems so small yet is on the front of my face which i massively love! I had flicked sides which blended into my hair which were all gone and she very quickly walked off. I had to ask the receptionist to get her to come back and try to fix it and instead just argued with me and tried to tell me it was because of my parting.
Met one of the main stylists, Tom and was so lovely and agreed it was clearly a mistake but just said there was nothing he could do.
I ended up having to go home and cut my hair again to make it equal, when i emailed them with my complaint they just said to come back in 2 weeks.

This salon used to be my absolute go to and my stylist Nicole is still 100% the best out there but management is really poor and general service has steadily declined over the past couple of years. Online booking doesn?t always align with the amount of time the stylist needs and then once you?ve booked they often call to change your appointments to be with other stylists. You can?t pop in for a patch test anymore you must book a full consultation if it?s been over six months. This consultation is hardly ever with the person who has been doing your colour for years and can?t be booked online. Seems pointless. The price is never what you?re quoted when you book online. I can?t find Christmas opening times anywhere. It?s just chaotic at best.

My Christmas haircut. I turned up on 12th December after changing my booking from the 19th to the 12th as I could no longer make the 19th. When I turned up at 6pm I was told that I didn?t have an appointment and was turned away after a 40 min drive to the salon in rush hour and them saying there was no available dates until 2nd Jan. After leaving I went back and checked my emails and I did in fact have a confirmation email to say Thursday 12th December at 6pm. Therefore I called them up on my way home and they offered me the next day at 3pm but didn?t state on the phone who the haircut was with. I checked my bookings later on, on my account and found out they had booked me with a complete different hair dresser to who I usually have. I could not cancel the booking and was then charged for not turning up. Brilliant hair dressers for a cut but not happy with that experience.

We were really disappointed as my 17yr old daughter spent £180 of money she saved from her part time job on a cut/colour that she wasn't happy with. She used a photo as a guide to what she wanted and the results weren't in line with expectations and the photo, in fact people have commented her hair doesn?t look any different as the colour hasn?t consistently blended. When this was raised with the staff and manager, we were told this is what was on trend and the only option was to come in to pay for it to be rectified. Very disappointing as my daughter is very upset and feels her hard earned money has been wasted. She doesn?t get her hair coloured very often but has had better results at cheaper salons. What was more shocking was the staff?s nonchalant attitude to rectify this and provide good customer service.

After having a friend do my hair for ages and being unhappy with the condition I decided to return to the best place I know for a much needed cut, treatment and blow dry and as always the customer service and atmosphere is amazing. Emma is a talented stylist, she did a very thorough consultation which is so important, she was friendly and really listened to me. The cut was done so well and my hair feels so much better after a treatment. 100% recommend Emma and this lovely salon!
