Booked a time slot in advance thinking I was treating my car (and myself) to some professional TLC. Spoiler alert: I was wrong.
Arrived on time, full of hope and alloy-wheel dreams, only to be told I?d need to wait an hour to get the wheel put back on the car?because of ?short staff.? Fair enough? if I was getting a haircut, not reassembling a car.
Unfortunately, I had places to be (shocking, I know), so guess what happened next? Yep?there I was, in the car park, on my knees, wrestling my own wheel back onto the car like some sort of roadside pit crew reject. All while the staff probably watched from the window like I was auditioning for Kwik Fit: The Musical (Act I: The Mechanic Within).
Moral of the story? Bring your own overalls, maybe a torque wrench, and a flask?because apparently you?re the mechanic now.

I was visiting Cheltenham last Sunday morning and heard clanging noise driving along Tewkesbury road, so I parked and had a look underneath, the heat shield was coming off. I went straight to a place in Swindon village, they told me they were busy, didn?t even come out to look.
So I drove 2 mins further to Kwik Fit Cheltenham and your staff kindly came out with bolts and spanner to see if he could fix it for me but sadly it was really rusty. He pulled it out and offered to order a new one in for another time but as I?m not local, he told me I could still drive home safely. I just wanted to say thank again because he really made me feel safer and I was really grateful for his help and advice. Highly recommend this place if you are in Cheltenham. Staff went above and beyond I noticed whilst I observed him serving other customers. ??

I had the misfortune of having a major puncture on Good Friday and urgently needed a replacement quickly. Quick Fit had a suitable tyre available at a reasonable and were able to fit it the same day to enable me to get to our hotel that evening, despite it being in the Easter Holiday period. Indeed they completed the job earlier than they had estimated. The only reason for 4* rather than 5* is that the new tyre was significantly overinflated - but fine to get us home.

Once there, I thought the service was exceptional. Will definitely use again.

After realising I had a dangerously low tyre, I called into the branch impromptu for help. The guys, Caden, Jacob & Toby were absolutely amazing. They sorted me out quickly enabled me to re-embark on my journey. Thank you Fellas

Had a flat tyre as screw went in tyre and they were the only garage that would fit me in and sort tyre . All other garages said I would have to book appt which is not good just to sort a puncture when u need car to be safe when driving
