Took my car in yesterday because it was steering to one side and vibrating a lot, they had to order new tyres and had it sorted the next day (quicker than originally thought). Also sorted related issues I didn't even know I had - the steering was really stiff and I just attributed it to being an old car! Don't think it's driven this smoothly since about 1995.
I'm a new driver and a young woman so it's really daunting taking my car in for repairs as I've been messed around in the past, but I will absolutely come in here the next time I have any issues with my car. Really friendly bunch of people and great price too - it ended up costing less than quoted too so I'm happy they were honest and kind. Thank you!!

They came to my rescue after a giant screw had become lodged into my tyre and punctured it too deeply for repair. The whole thing had to be replaced. The guy on reception is kind and calming and competent. All the best to him! They had me up and running in record time because I was due to drive to Devon. Thanks to the team. You rock!

Awesome service and friendly faces!
Always nervous to enter a big chain store but there?s friendly faces and a willingness to help people out.
Removed some locking wheel nuts from my wheels on incredibly short notice and refused payment due to the ease of the job on their part.
Will definitely be going back.

Very helpful when I had a puncture, they checked I had put my spare on correctly & safely and booked me in to look at the puncture. They were able to do a repair on my tyre and the work was done within the time frame given. Great service & friendly staff.

Had the absolutely best customer service from Jamie at Kwik Fit today. Couldn't have been simpler to book my car in for service and MOT and he was super helpful and patience with my queries ahead of the work. The work was done super promptly and to a great standard. Again, all interactions with Jamie were super pleasant, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend this garage for anything you need doing, as you definitely get value for money in the services provided and the care given in the customer interactions :)

My rented BMW got a flat tire back in 2021 when I was here on tourism, and the gentlemen here were very helpful and supportive. Quickly got a replacement lugnut lock despite the delays that come with the summer holiday.

I have been using Kiwi Fit in Cheltenham for years now. Today they regassed my air conditioning. I have heard some negative comments about Kwik fit but I can't fault the guys in the Albion Street site. They are a really friendly, professional team and only do what is absolutely necessary, unlike some garages I have used. I will be back and would highly recommend them.
