I've had a great experience with this local company - friendly, professional service from beginning to end.I chose a Quickstep LVT for my kitchen and it's completely transformed the room, due in no small part to the Kingfisher fitters who did a brilliant job.Happy to recommend, and I'll definitely be using them again.

This is the 3rd time I?ve purchased Karndean flooring from and had it fitted by Kingfisher Flooring, each time I have been impressed with the team, from measuring and helping to choose from the many options, to the expert fitting and excellent customer service. I?d highly recommend Kingfisher Flooring and will continue to use them as the house renovations progress!

We wanted to support a local business when having our stairs & upstairs recarpeted and Kingfisher stood out from the get-go. Tom and team are knowledgeable, friendly, answered all of our questions and never once pushed a hard sale. They were flexible to work around the rest of our house renovation and to accommodate a late change of plan, with Viv installing supremely quickly and efficiently across three separate visits. We're really happy with the result (great shout on the runner tape colour Viv!) and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

We can?t recommend Kingfisher highly enough. I used them several years ago and have used them again recently to fit out our downstairs. Both times brilliant service, quality, and communication. Couldn?t be happier with our new floors.

Having used Kingfisher Flooring in the past and having received excellent service from them it was natural that we would return to them to provide the flooring for our lounge and dinning room. We have not been disappointed,The office/sales staff were really quick to respond to our initial query and in no time at all we had an installation date.The work was then carried out promptly (with only a slight delay for the Christmas/New Year period) and to an extremely high standard. We are very happy with the end result and the quality of the fitting and flooring is great.Based on our experience I would definitely recommend Kingfisher Flooring for all your flooring needs. They are a friendly helpful company with expert fitters and provide a first class service at a sensible price.

The customer service is first class and very personal to the customer. They were patient with my indecisiveness and offered advice. Carpet to be fitted in the next few weeks but I have been delighted with the service so far I know I won't be disappointed.

The communication from Kingfisher Flooring has been excellent from start to finish. They were really quick to help us organise an appointment in the showroom and a date for measuring up. We had Karndean flooring supplied and fitted by Kingfisher Flooring. Kingfisher provided us with a competitive quotation, and completed the work on the agreed date, Throughout the process, their staff were friendly and helpful, and easy to contact. Their fitter was very professional, and worked to a high standard. My only suggestion for improvement is in the area of paperwork; based on Quickbooks, it is comprehensive and accurate but, from the customer point of view, labyrinthine and rather confusing.

Literally the BEST company I have ever worked with in every way. Service is incredible, the fitting was done so quickly and too an extremely high spec. Have just supplied and fitted Karndean flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. Excellent service. In particular they were good at keeping us updated on fitting date changes due to COVID problems. The fitter, Paul, was great, cheerful and helpful, always positive with a can-do approach, and discussed and sorted issues as he worked - and did an outstanding, neat, clean job. Cannot praise them highly enough.

Dealt with Kingfisher a few times. Always great service and solid advice. Always quick to respond to queries and emails, even for small sales. When we needed a few bits recently, their warehouse bloke wasn't in and so Tom dropped them in to us as he was passing. Really kind. Highly recommend.
