WARNING! What me and my colleagues witnessed in this restaurants bathroom mid last year is undescribable with words. The staff here are clearly complacent as it became quickly clear that the premises is not cleaned on a regular basis and is left unsatisfied several nights in a row. I dread to think what is the condition of the food is. This site needs an immediate health inspection and more onsite supervision or should be shut down otherwise they are going to get someone killed. I used to work on the KFC till units at and old IT job and I know how unclean the back of the swivel touch screens can get but this site is on a whole nother level. This KFC needs a shake up. I avoid this store at all costs to the point that I refused dinner from it on multiple occasions when offered by family and friends. I have eaten their food before and it was also rubbish and is never fresh due to the lack of customers.

Ordered a fillet burger meal from there yesterday with the 2 hot wings, the chips and hot wings were fine. I was half way eating through my burger when I noticed it was raw and pink on the inside. I went up and told a member off staff and they gave me another one. Please just check the chicken and be safe.

After visiting many times in the distant past, I was bitterly disappointed this time round. Over 20 minutes from ordering to the food being ready. I do not know what the hold up was, but half the food was trayed up within minutes and then left to go cold. There was one member of staff who was marking all orders as ready the moment they came on to the screens, which seemed to be causing utter chaos. Funnily enough, I have not had a customer satisfaction survey in my email in box this time

Absolutely awful service. Called in at 10:30am for a couple of coffees and had to wait 20 minutes as the coffee machine wasn't ready for use. Asked a member of staff why this was and he said that it had to warm up and go through it's set up process. I asked him how long this took and he said about thirty minutes. When I asked why the process hadn't been started so that the coffee machine was ready for use when they opened (10:00am). He shrugged his shoulders and walked off.....
