Absolutely disgusting fithey staff just standing about floors and tables not cleaned toilets well I wouldn't let a pig pee in them.

An employee here actually put the middle finger up to my 16 year old son, (but checked side to side no one was looking before he did it) just for not moving out the way quick enough when he got his food! Shouted at him rudely to move when he received his food when he was just waiting for a friend to also receive his order! Not sure how they are getting away with being this obnoxious!

Absolute joke of an establishment. Now where to start.
1. Been raining all evening, and the entrance slope was so slippy that both me and my friend slipped down the slope and there was no wet floor sign.
2. Tried to order from the kiosk but the card machines kept crashing every time we tried to pay. So I spoke to one of the workers behind the main counter and she said she was aware. I asked, did you not think to put an out of order sign on the machines. She just looked at me like I was stupid, and said no. Quite frankly don?t appreciate being treated this way, I have worked in the hospitality industry for 9 years now and understand that the most important part is to communicate with your guests. But to be treated like i?m stupid and to have no communication from the staff is absolutely disgusting.
3. When we eventually managed to order, considering also being the only people in the venue, there were no simple please or thank you?s from any of the staff just huffing and pointing.
4. Eventually getting the food, we decided to eat in, but as to no surprise, tables absolutely filthy, left over food everywhere and not a clean table in sight.
5. only ordering two kentucky chicken wraps and one corn of the cob for myself and my friend, it was awful. The chicken was bone dry, the skin was chewy. So obvious that it had been sat there all day and they couldn?t be othered to cook fresh.
6. whilst we were trying to make our way through the inedible, we watched three other groups come in after us and also struggle with the same issues and the staff members stand there and either stare at their guests or completely ignore them.
When after a long day at work, all you want is a simple meal, and they can?t even manage to achieve what should be the basics of their jobs.
From an international company you would expect a better standard of service. Might only be fast food, but still a simple expectation of having food cooked fresh, it to be hot and not stone cold, and just a little bit of simple communication.
What a joke.

never recieved such poor/rude service. tried to order on the kiosks as the team members was watching us and not once did they come up to us to let us know that their machines was out of order. watched all 3 of us stood there for about 10 minutes trying to get the machines to work. we then went up to a team member at the counter to inform them that their machines was broken, and we were greeted with a snarky reply saying that they knew those machines was not working. when we then tried to pay at the counter, she laughed at me for trying to use my apple pay to then go on and explain that apple pay was the issue. once the ordeal of finally ordering our food was done, the food we recieved was stone cold and hard. it was obvious that the chicken had been cooked earlier on and just been left out all day and reheated for our order. this breaks many food safety regulations, laws and policies. we decided to eat in instead of takeaway as it was late at night and cold outside, to which we were surrounded by dirty tables covered in food, liquids and all sorts. the staff are doing next to nothing - apart from talking to each other and laughing, instead of focusing on running the restaurant and taking care of/checking on customers. since sitting at the table, at least 3 other groups have tried to order from the kiosks and not one of them was told the issue regarding apple pay. i am really disappointed with my experience at this kfc. i think management need to have a long hard think about what's important when managing a business that once used to be loved by many as this was a disgrace.

Even at 3am service is good! Security was great too after a night out.
Toilet was pretty gross though- y'all need to clean it way more often!

Food was hot and fresh especially the hotwings. Staff was polite and helpful. Restaurant was cleaned and tidy. I got my food very quickly which was amazing fast service. Love you KFC for bringing hot wing offer back.
Vegetarian options: Vegan burger is amazing and it?s sauce make it more delicious.

Staff was very helpful. Food was very hot and tasteful. Was very decent experience as restaurant was clean and service was amazing. I would like visit again and again to this beautiful restaurant. Thanks for giving us such a good customer services.

Ordered takeaway chicken and chips . The assistant hardly spoke English . I thought the chicken didn't look fresh and the chips were soggy
After consuming the meal few hours later I felt ill and started violently sick throwing up. I realised I had terrible food poisoning. Never again

Extremely rude staff. Employees are impolite, unprofessional and show disrespectful behavior towards customers. The worst KFC I have ever been to. This store needs to have a new manager because of him everything collapses.

I left my bag here last night and was adamant I?d lost it. Popped in this morning to see if someone handed it in and was helped by two people who I didn?t catch the name off. One was a woman with dark her and the other a manager who?s name began with H but I can?t remember it for the life of me. Both were very pleasant and helpful and returned my bag to me
