I have placed an order today for the 20 hot wings and they came out cold and I have asked the manager to either refund me the money or to compensate by offering another 10 hot wings but the manager refused and literally hung up the call while I was still talking to him on the phone and he never even apologised about the cold food , one of the worse places to even order food and would never ever go again. Money doesn?t come free to the customers and after we spend our money but still starving because they choose not to give a good customer service. And don?t act surprised when you get such a harsh review, this is what you get for not listening to customer feedbacks.

Food was okay. We have definitely had better. The chicken was very greasy, and the chips were cold. The self ordering system also wasn't working when we visited. Overall, okay.

A very well organised KFC that is comfortable to enjoy a good quick meal.

I go to this KFC every couple of months when I'm in Cheltenham. Food is a good as ever and service is great, very quick. Only negative is that every single time I go, the toilets are dirty and really stinky. Not great for a food outlet.

The food was really nice and warm, the breading coating the chicken was tasty and the tower fillet burger was great, although the toilets were unpleasant and the overall restaurant looked neglected being left untidy. Overall experience was okay.

Highly recommend this if you want some good fried chicken. Had this on multiple occasions and every time it was phenomenal. Did throw up after a meal one time but that was because I ordered too much ?
Only downside for me is the sticky tables as they need to be cleaned. Otherwise, averaging about 5-10 minutes wait time due to the speed of which it's made, but still very good quality. Have had to go back once with parents as order was messed up and we didn't realise until we got home. Got the whole order again for free which was nice.

Popped in there with my friends and had a bucket of chic to share, dips, fries and coke... All good food wise apart from gravy which was pretty much tasteless. But when it comes to hygiene...omg!.. total off put, dirty tables and when walked into the toilets almost made me sick, horrible smell, toilet no flushing and horrible brush with u-no-what on it, floor sticky as well as walls looking so.. Just horrible. Similar experience to a couple of months ago when we visited this kfc last time that's why posting now , to warn you all. Last time I told the manager as well, no change this time..! It was around 6pm Sat 21/09/24

Toilets were very dirty food wasn't good soggy chips and burger sauce wasn't nice as rest of KFC.
