Over the moon with my balayage done by Daisy! It is everything I wanted, so nicely blended and a beautiful natural looking blonde. Was my first experience at Kate Bloom and will definitely be returning.

I?ve been with Daisy twice now; and she is great! She is so lovely, and so particular at the same time, so you really get the best of both worlds. She really takes her time and makes sure everything is done to the highest standard. A safe bet and a lovely person xx

Thought i would try it out because of the amazing reviews. Very friendly however not the result I was expecting. I booked for a cut wash and dry which I paid the price that was on the website however when I got there they said that I only booked for a wash and style and they didn?t have enough time to cut my hair. When my hair was finished it was nothing special.

Libby is the MOST amazing stylist I?ve ever had, I used to hate the hairdressers and now I love going. My hair always looks fabulous, she is such a talent. All the other staff at Kate Bloom are all super friendly and chatty - an all round great experience!Services: Hairstyling

0 star for my first visit, the worst salon experience I?ve ever had.When my stylist started to wash my hair, I immediately regretted that I chose this salon. It was real torture as he was extremely careless and rough. Not only did he get shampoo all over the left side of my face but he splashed my face quite a few times. I saw him at one point during the shampoo and he wasn?t even looking at my head.He started to cut my hair but during this process his loud Apple Watch notifications went off 4 times right next to my ear. Each time he stopped his hand and checked the notification. I could not believe he then complained to me that his insurance company doesn?t stop sending emails. Why would you do that when you are serving a customer, maybe TURN IT OFF?He also brutally combed and brushed the back of my neck countless times which was unbearably painful and gave me red, sensitive skin afterwards.The finished haircut was nothing like the length I specified (lip line slightly graduated bob) and it was even longer than my jawline. I mentioned that it looks much longer than the length we agreed on and politely asked if he could take off some length from sides. His response was ?I could but I would also have to cut the back again?. At this point I wanted to get out ASAP so said it?s ok to lose some angle/graduation. He then unenthusiastically started to cut my hair?freehand. He did not make it much shorter but only destroyed the shape and clean edge so each side now has visibly different lengths and some longer bits sticking out.After I went home I checked back on their website and it turned out they had booked me in for a Premier Stylist-I specifically asked for one of the SENIOR Stylists when I made the booking. I am extremely shocked this whole experience was provided by the highest level of the stylists there. I had to laugh when I showered because there was quite a bit of leftover shampoo, the left side of my face was covered in lather. It?s been a few days and my hair is basically looking worse than pre-haircut. I totally feel ripped off and disgusted so I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

First experience here has been amazing ?..Chris did a fantastic job with my hair .. made look and feel a million dollars worth.. if could give more than 5 stars ?? Honestly couldn?t recommend enough! Chris always does my hair, he makes me feel at ease and absolutely smashes it every time. He always styles it perfectly whether that is straight or with curls. I moved over an hour away and went to a salon closer, but had a bad experience so came back, it is worth the drive! All the staff are so friendly, and they even let my dog in the salon!Services: Hairstyling

Chris at Kate Bloom is amazing, he has been doing my hair for some years now and there is nothing I wouldn't trust him to do. Chris is very friendly and will make you feel at ease. I have been using Bloom Hair & Beauty for many years and have never been disappointed by any of the stylists I have seen. Sam, Chris and Kate have all done my hair recently and I have been exceptionally pleased. Outrageously expensive the cost of highlights doesn't include shampoo and finish and then theres the cost if parking. I am looking to save in these difficult times.
