I got my coat dry cleaned over the summer as I had a bird poo stain on. I have just taken it out of the packaging from Johnson?s and I really don?t think it has been dry cleaned. Terrible service. Avoid the branch in Waitrose.

I am utterly appalled at the Cheltenham branch of Johnson?s. The service is pitiful and that?s when it?s open! Been there twice in opening hours to pick up my dry cleaning to find it closed. The assistant was rude and ignorant both times I was there. Another lady also looked very unimpressed with how she was treated. To make matters worse, when I got back to my car, I realised the stain looked exactly as when I took my clothes in. No explanation as to if they tried etc like other dry cleaners do. Never ever again. Waitrose must be embarrassed to have this shop on their premises.

VERY BAD SERVICE. I dropped my blouse prior last month for dry clean and i was charged £7.95 , after a week I dropped same blouse for dry clean. I didn't pay straight away and only had a chance to look at the ticket when I got home and the cost will be £4.95. I wondered why the price was different given its the same blouse. When I picked up my blouse I asked about the price and he said that they treated my blouse in different way. I got upset about it hoping they didn't ruin my blouse. Got home and found out the sauce in front of ny blouse and sleeve was still there. Losing hope dealing with their incompetence I tried to wash the sauce stain with warm water and it just been washed off I don't know how they clean my blouse but one thing is for sure! They DO NOT DO THEIR JOB IN PROPER WAY. never ever to use Johnson waitrose again

Brought a jacket in and it visibly shrunk after dry cleaning. Called them and received no apology - was just told to bring it in and fill in a form. Let's hope they then provide the right resolution.

Very disappointed, had my winter coat cleaned some time ago, just took it out of the plastic cover and it?s covered in hair and fur! Assuming that hair is mine I have no idea where the fur has come from as I don?t own any pets. It looks like I paid almost £20 to have my coat returned to me in worse condition than I took it in. Not happy.

Really annoyed to get to the Dry cleaners on a Friday at 5.20 and it is closed when the opening times online clearly state it closes at 6pm. Wasted journey with kids in the car and will have to make another journey tomorrow to get my items in time. Not the first time this has happened either. Why have opening times to service people after work and then not stick to them?

This business is not organised or professional. They have lost an expensive quilt cover we asked them to clean, and have made no great effort to find it. Avoid!!

Took in a cushion cover and a light weight blouse to be dry cleaned last week. The chap told me they would be ready to collect on Monday. Arrived on Monday, it was shut initially and had to come back to be told that the items weren?t ready for collection. Then received a text that afternoon to say they were ready. Made another journey the next day to pick up said items, returned home to find that the cushion cover was as dirty as it was when I handed it to him last week. Cushion cover then had a sticker on it stating that ?it?s been brought to my attention that the garment has been examined and that further cleaning would damage the fabric? I fail to see how it?s even been cleaned? Looks like it?s been basically ironed and put on a hanger ? So popped it in the washing machine at home and finally it?s clean. Will not be returning with any other items, that?s for sure.Service: Organic dry cleaning

I have used this location for years and have always been impressed with the level of service. I use it mainly for suits and trousers which always come back clean and well pressed. I have also used the repairs service at times and this too has always been carried out professionally. This remains my go to place for dry cleaning and repairs.

Really disappointed with the way they treated me today.They not only did not a good job, my beautiful white jumpsuit was stained and they did not take any responsibility for this because the tag wasn't on.... COME ON! Ridiculous considering that I have been taken all my clothes there for 6 years... They guy was a proper "computer says no" and didn't apologies at all... I'm pretty sure I won't be back. It was a joke! You have lost a very good client!!
