I want to thank all the staff at customer services for there recent help over a online shopping company called Very. They recently instead of taking the minimum payment they overcharged me over 700 pounds. A Big Thanks to all who helped me over this. It's a bank, has everything you need from a bank, cash point outside, because of it's town centre location there is no parking, well served by public transport

Attended this morning to open an account, The chap who dealt with me seemed very disinterested having gone onto the accepted ID documents nothing states points he made, Refused ID which is official and generally wasted my time

Went here to send some money to pay for tickets- the only way to do this is transfer etc now I don't like doing these online and was left with no option to go in here. Went to the back of the building where the 3 counters are with staff behind and found them useless
I was stressed as it is trying to figure out what details I need to send and got served by a very blunt and cocky woman with greyish white hair (didn't get her name so can only describe) I was in a rush and needed some help to get this sent- so I would have confirmation and she wasn't clear or helpful at all. She put me on the spot asking me what I wanted to do whilst I told her TWICE and she sat there with two other staff members looking at me as if I was dumb
She told me I needed to do it MYSELF on a machine which was located towards the exit and I still didn't know what she was on about- not given good or clear directions and advice at all
Finally I had some "help" (unfortunately same old lazy woman who was causing me stress) and she showed me a machine and told me "oh you already have it set up etc" basically telling me I don't need help as I had done this before yet I tried to tell her it was a different account I needed to send for and get confirmation off them for my tickets purchased
I stayed calm and polite even though she was trying my patience as she obviously didn't understand why it was so important to me- poor listening skills! She continued tapping away on a broke machine then took me to another one and I told her what needed to be typed and she said "oh sorry too late it's gone now" so now I have added stress of whether or not the right account was used and if the other end received my payment for my tickets I bought off them
Left in a rush and with worry now from the stupid lady with short white hair who "helped" make matters worse
I won't come here again in future for help or advice
They are useless, waste of time- not interested in anyone's problems but their own

Decent staff and for a High Street branch fast service. Have been helpful and reasonable over the years though not my branch. Good people, regardless of what you think of HSBC as a bank.
