Went into this store on Sunday for a hasp & staple, after looking for ten minutes couldn?t find one so went to customer service point , when he said we don?t sell them but had to explain what one was, he then told to go to a place like B&Q or Wickes, I thought Homebase was I diy store I?ll remember not to go here again

Avoid at all costs. Once they secure your money the after sales service is the worst I've ever experienced. 6 months after purchasing bathroom kit from them we are still waiting for the correct billing, we've had to submit multiple complaints to even get a response and the original order was not fulfilled. Not to mention the fact they promised delivery dates they couldn't meet and then ignored our calls for days, and then delivered end of line stock that was damaged or ex-display. I wish I could rate this 0 stars and sincerely hope this review will stop others making the mistake we did by using homebase and this store in particular. Simply put, the absolute worst service ever experienced.
