She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, which is all the more remarkable for such a young person. We left with a new bbq recommended by Ellie, having had an enjoyable shopping experience. “Highly recommend. Holly and Simon were so patient and understanding in helping us plan our kitchen. Nothing was too much of a problem. Alterations, replacements and returns were dealt with swifty. The whole design team are very friendly and helpful. Also a shout out to the lovely lady that works in the trade bit (sorry didn't get her name). We were kept informed with regards to delivery's and all the delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. Only slight negative is the customer services who we went through for collections, took over 40 minutes to arrange collection of just 6 items and then it was wrong and we had to take bits back to the store but again it was done efficiently and with a smile.
