What great customer service from shop assistant Wren! I needed help with a few things including turmeric, probiotics and essential oils. Wren went above and beyond to help me, she was very knowledgeable about all the products and took the time to help me choose the best offers and brand. Because of her I now frequent this shop in Cheltenham to stock up on all my products. Would definitely recommend a visit to this store for good value (lots of offers throughout the year) and great customer service!

Walked into Holland and Barratt unsure where to look for vitamins and cold supplies. Clive was really professional, he was very informative on products. Helped me find exactly what I needed. Clive certainly knew his stuff. Definitely will be coming back. Also Ruby was extremely polite on tills. Cheers guys for making sure I got what I needed.

Spoke to a ginger chap regarding a supplement I needed, his response was ?dunno what that is, I?m doing something will check in a minute? finished what he was doing then flirts with his colleague. As you probably guessed I didn?t get what I was looking for

Awful customer experience today. We were in a bit of a rush and told the female worker that we knew what we wanted, she proceeded to ignore us and continued talking. When going to the cash point, they put through two wrong items (an innocent mistake) but the lady?s attitude who served us was nothing short of rude and passive aggressive. Finally when I went to change an item she said aloud in front of my friend that she ?already told us that? in an ill-mannered tone. All I can say is that I hope she doesn?t work for commission because it is not deserved. We will not be returning and will be discouraging others as well (unless they want their time wasted and ruined).

Staff unhelpful and awkward. Sophia (maybe manager) far more interested in flogging warm drinks on offer and the in-house magazine than treating people like humans. My first visit to this branch being new in town. I'll order online from now on

11) A shop staffed by girls and boys who subject adults they don?t know to illegal harassment. Harassment, name-calling, stalking or groundless smearing of women behind their backs are all illegal, misogynistic and criminal. None of the above repulsive conduct has any place in a civilised society, so any shop where staff engage with it in any way is in breach of any remit and operates in contempt of the law and basic decency. Shame on them.
