Myself and my daughter visited the store last week looking for a wedding outfit for each of us. We were greeted by a wonderful team who made us very welcome and helped us pick out the perfect outfit for both of us. One member of staff really stood out, I believe it was the store manager ( Michaela). The whole experience was five star from start to end. Two very happy customers.

A truly five star experience at Hobbs Cheltenham. Leslie was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were well looked after and plenty of choice and styles offered. My daughter was unsure of what to wear for her daughters wedding. They even put the outfit to one side for us while we went away to think about our options. We went back later in the day and my daughter tried it all on again and after deciding on the dress in a smaller size we bought the whole outfit. Thank you to all the team but especially Leslie who was so friendly and made the whole experience so easy for us.

What a great place to shop, My partner a friend and I went in today to look for a dress and jacket for my wedding day, the staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, their advice was second to none, they made it such a lovely experience, I came away with 2 dresses and a jacket, just what I wanted. Thank you so much. Would definitely go back their.

Really wanted an item and it showed that it was available at this store; however I was unable to travel to the store to collect the item.
A lady called Michaela kindly took my order over the phone and sent out my item and it arrived after 2 days! This is an example of going over and beyond for your customer; a display of excellent customer service! Thanks again Michaela!

Tried to source a dress for a wedding that was out of stock. In Cheltenham ,Paula was wonderful. She took the time to contact various stores to see if they had it in stock. When she did find it , she organised for it to be delivered to my home. I can?t thank her enough. She clearly went above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot thank her enough. The dress was also beautiful quality and I received plenty if compliments when wearing it .

Bought a lovely dress, jacket and shoes to wear at the Races. Lesley could not have been more helpful - fetching alternative shoes, different colours and sizes. Thank you so much - had a fabulous day, felt amazing and backed a winner!

Came shopping to Cheltenham looking for an outfit for my future Mother in Law to wear at my wedding, and happened to pop into Hobbs for a browse. The ladies in the shop were beyond wonderful, brought lots of outfits to try (plus a glass of fizz when we said it was for a special occasion!) and gave us really helpful styling advice. We ended up not only finding a perfect outfit but ALL the accessories and shoes too! Thankyou so much, we haven't stopped raving about your service since!

We spent a wonderful afternoon in Hobbs Cheltenham trying to choose wedding outfits. We were helped by Methma and would like to congratulate her on such a wonderful professional service. She gave excellent advice and cheerfully went to fetch additional sizes as needed. She offered great suggestions but we never felt pressurised into buying anything. Such a skill and she was so understanding.

The manager at the Cheltenham store is superb you couldn?t want for more that lady is the brand, kind ,considerate and very commercial the store stds are superb
After a very bad experience on line I will definitely go to this store to make future purchases
