Poor customer service. Store clerk refused to process my return from an online order, so I need to post the parcel via post with a fee. I expected better customer service from such a big brand.

Very unpleasant male (long dark hair) floor manager, top level, kids clothes. He was mean to my 9 year old autistic child. Told him off and made him cry for staring. So much for understanding of our neurodiverse community. Cheltenham branch.

In terms of buying men?s basic ranges, the prices and selection are really good.
The graphic or printed stuff is a bit underwhelming with uninspiring selections and designs.

I like shopping at H&M, and I wanted to say how lovely service I got on January 23rd. Paulina and Zamar were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me in finding the earrings I had been wanting. I'm thrilled with my purchase.They also gave me a very good advice on my membership benefits, which helped me save some money. Thank you, team Cheltenham, for your outstanding service!

Self service tills do not work in retail clothing shops. Clearly evident this morning with tills closed, people walking out with a alarms going off and insufficient staff to assist or rather focused on replenishing stock that should have been done before the shop opens.
