Honestly? Rubbish. I turned up for a pre booked appointment for a battery check, checked in and was told a 20 min delay. No probs. 1/2 hr later someone came out and told me the battery checking kit was broken. Had been for a while. They were waiting for a date it would be fixed so I couldn?t be seen.
1. Why was I even allowed to book for a check? (I only did it the night before)
2. Why did no one think to tell the lady on the desk checking everyone in!?

Aggie (technical sales) was eminently knowledgeable and very helpful, in identifying and helping me chose a new Dash -Cam, to replace my now old redundant Nextbase model. She also rapidly resolved a separate technical issue.
A credit to Halfords customer service.

Battery died today, jump started it and drove straight to Halfords. Walked in and asked for it to be replaced. Was third in the queue behind other cars being worked on and was in and out with a new battery, no booking in 50 mins same day.
Superb service and staff, friendly and helpful throughout and prices were exceptional.

booked bikes in for a service - was meant to be shown a form of the repairs and sign this but it didn't happen. Lots of extra work sneakily added on including £15 just to clean the chain while being led to believe we were just getting gold and solver package.
Ended up paying £145 for a gold service - while the platinum service in shown as £130 - the staff in shop also confirmed I got much less done to my bike than a gold service anyway despite paying way over the cost.
Rich in the Cheltenham shop was incredibly rude and unhelpful - to us and another staff member who he attempted to bully in front of us. He eventually just walked off, refusing to help as he could not justify the ramped up price - attempting to throw under staff members under the bus also. The person who did help us was very helpful and apologetic for the poor service we received. Complete rip off, dishonest service.

I have a blue light card and like to know any discount for buying new tyres, but the male staff is very rude to say he doesn?t know anything about it and ask the Halfords Garage by myself, disappointed
