Out of 3 deliveries, twice the food was missing refused to be redelivered and had to get a refund. What's the point of offering delivery of staff are that incompetent they can't check the orders going out. They have one job and can't get that right...

Went to Greggs for a quick lunch, I don't like the new look it's very sparse and seems cold and unwelcoming. I thought that in addition to the usual must have sausage rolls I would try some of the southern fried chicken goujons...not a hint of southern fried flavour the only taste was burning hot pepper. They were so bad I couldn't eat them, thankfully the sausage rolls were still great. The assistant would have got an extra star if we hadn't had to remind her she had not given us part of our order.

How fantastic is Greggs, opening at 0630 on a Saturday - and the lady who unlocked for us was friendly and welcoming despite the early hour. I was staying at the Premier Inn across the road to do a charity walk and there was nowhere else to get breakfast that early, so Greggs saved me! I had two pains au chocolat to take away and they were deliciously warm and squishy as always :-)
