Owners have changed since October 2023, so management have changed and the shop is now lovely and has every product you need, the customer service is lovely.The owner is always in the shop and always ready to help, what a lovely gentleman.

Absolutely horrified by the experience I had here. I went to pick up a package, with ID, and was refused. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude and treated me very badly. It was only when my (male) partner returned later that the package was finally handed over, despite the fact he had exactly the same information. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

The shop is small and cramped, there is barely enough room to search for items.The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not a pleasant experience.

I needed to put a code onto my electric meter key. 2 carers called twice but the woman had no clue how to do it - worse than useless - claimed a man would be there after 5pm who could do it - I never found out if that was true, because it was too late for my electrician
