I was treated like a criminal, the guy who served me started asking a lot of questions of a rather personal nature, then he called my hotel asking if I really stayed there. I'm not sure if this complies with current privacy laws...I had nothing to hide and answered all questions, they just took me a lot of time for a simple transaction and I felt treated like a criminal. And don't tell me that your operators have to verify the data because this playing to be a cop" attitude is quite another thing, nor that everyone receives the same treatment because a couple who arrived after me was served without many questions and in 5 minutes had finished the whole procedure. I've traveled all over the world and I've exchanged many currencies, but this has never, ever happened to me.

Served by AMR who was extremely professional and offered me a very favourable exchange rate in comparison to two high street Banks and a large department store in the same town. Highly recommend
