Served today by Morgan, bought necklace ear rings for my wife and daughter, could not have asked for a better experience. It?s so difficult to find staff to be polite, professional and willing to go over and above to help in making the right choices. I went back and bought a ring for myself,

I've visited this store a few times over the past couple of years and I've always had the best service. Friendly, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. My most recent visit was two weeks ago, and I purchased a necklace to match my earrings (which I'd purchased from the same store) and the lady who served me (it was a Saturday) was excellent, she helped me decide which necklace suited me best against my budget, and ultimately I purchased the necklace down to her expertise. If you're ever unsure, or need some advice on a particular piece, make sure you come to this store. I'll be back soon for that watch!

I recently bought myself a new ring to treat myself and was helped by a really nice lady, (so sorry I can't remember her name) but she showed me a few different ones and helped measure my size, it was a lovely shopping experience, I can't rate highly enough. And I absolutely love my ring. Thank you!

I recently bought an Olivia Burton watch from the Cheltenham Ernest Jones. The service was impeccable from being greeted on arrival, through to the very useful and patient advice of the staff member when choosing my watch. I can be quite fussy with my style and they gave up-to-date advice on what would suit me. I could not recommend this friendly team highly enough. Excellent customer service and the staff appear to have expertise knowledge in their products.

I wouldn't recommend Ernest Jones. Poor customer service and an extended lead time without providing a reason occurred after I sent the ring for resizing. The lead time for receiving the resized ring has been significantly longer than initially communicated. I understand that delays can happen, but this prolonged wait has caused me considerable inconvenience. Transparent communication regarding expected delivery times is crucial to manage customer expectations. The customer service team can't even specify the status and/or location of the ring after more than 4 weeks.

I bought a diamond tennis bracelet recently at Ernest Jones in Cheltenham ; a charming assistant from Estonia helped me . She was delightful and professional and the bracelet itself was an excellent price and has been much admired . It was such a nice experience that I returned to buy several items that although I had found on line, I felt more comfortable buying from the Cheltenham shop as I felt more confident buying from them after buying my bracelet and really trusted their judgement.The manager Jenny could not have been more helpful , she sourced all the items I identified, and went to a lot of trouble helping me select the right pieces.I returned and tried on several permutations and really felt I could take my time . I ended up buying more items than I had originally intended as Jenny was so helpful and the whole buying experience was so pleasant and relaxed and I never felt pressured to buy.What nice people; professional but warm and engaged and I am truly delighted with my items.Please pass on my thanks to Jenny and her team .

Absolutely blown away by the service from Morgan. She was helpful but not pushy, was able to give options and advice. We came away with a beautiful wedding ring to sit with an awkwardly shaped engagement ring which I?d been struggling to find something to fit. Morgan explained how resizing worked, put my mind at ease with good explanations of warranty and a care plan (which I happily purchased)We?d also been to several travel agents that day to look at honeymoons and had come away disappointed with the customer service. Suffice to say if Morgan had been selling holidays we?d have come away with one of those too!Thank you for your help Morgan, you?re an absolute asset to Ernest Jones.Liz and Paul

I've been in store a couple of times over the past year for a purchase and a service (for another watch). The service has always been great. Mainly been looked after by Tiff and Jen. Both very warming and helpful. Only really use Ernest Jones for watch purchases as they offer a consistently great service.

We visited the Cheltenham store where Jenny had sourced a watch my husband liked to replace one that was stolen. Jenny and her colleague where helpfull and professional and replacing the watch was a very pleasant experience.
