I went in a couple of weeks back to discuss an upgrade. There were 3 members of staff busy with customers and about 3 people waiting. I waited 15 minutes then decided to eat and try again. I returned and the staff were still busy. More customers waiting. While waiting again, one of the staff members who was with a customer, started to discuss very loudly about how much the customer was paying. Once the transaction had been completed. The member of staff walked over to his colleague, interrupting her whilst with a customer and told her to get up and move into the corner. The customer hurried and packed everything away and walked out, looking like she hadn't been completely sorted.
I found this incredibly rude and uncomfortable. I walked out and completed my upgrade and the Cheltenham branch, who were way more professional!

Home to the nation?s rudest customer sales woman, who clearly could not be bothered to deal with me. EE Required me to give personal details to setup a PAYG SIM without any justification or transparency, and then immediately sold those details on to marketing agencies. I know this because the next day I had a call on my BRAND NEW sim from carphone warehouse, and they already knew my name and address. This is a complete breach of GDPR.

To anyone thinking of using EE as their broad band service in the #uk, please don't. They have the worst customer service. There was a guy called Marty who basically traumatised me and my husband, spoke in a highly disrespectful manner and offered no help or empathy at all! We even at one point requested him to be a tad empathetic and he started blaming us for not accepting a higher payment deal (which we didn't deny EVER!) EE can do better not only with their service but also their customer service help! Traumatising the customer is the worst form of customer service!!

We came in to look at new phone deals and ended up just changing our sim contract. Bradley was super helpful and talked us through anything that we asked him without any hesitation and helped us save money rather than trying to take it.

I purchased new phone on Thursday. Phone has a crack on screen, come back to the store yesterday, however nobody was able to deal with it (manager has a day off). At first I was angry, however Today I returned to the shop and situation has been deal properly. I received new phone without any issues.
All personnel which I spoke within this few days was polite and friendly.

The contract was drawn up in this store, no one wanted to help me and did not try, I made an appointment for a certain time, but before this time they said goodbye to me and said that they were busy, there was no one inside there was no, 2 employees were playing games on their phones on the stairs during working hours. And I didn't like that they asked at the entrance what happened! Instead of Hello, Good afternoon, come in! The staff is not polite

I visited this store and was served by Anastasiia who sat me down and spent time to explain all options with me. From just browsing new mobile phones I walked out with an ordered new mobile, better contract, better home broadband with TV package, Phone cover. She was excellent and I received great service and great products as well as saving some money! Can't be bad! Thank you! Happy Customer.?

Popped in to get some assistance in changing my SIM card from O2 to EE. Not as easy as told by BT on phone. Shop team on Sun 14/04 early could not have been more helpful. Explained clearly what I would have to do in 48 hours. Friendly as well. Excellent customer service.
