The speed of delivery was excellent - but the toppings were ludicrously thin. Whether that was due to stock or margin. Won?t be trying that again.

Me and my family absolutely adored Domino?s until tonight, when we placed an order which we received fairly quickly. However, they seem to really be tight on their budget as our pizza crust seemed much thinner than usual and also, raw?

Awful and discriminating to vulnerable people. The driver refused to come in to the flat door even though I communicated a disability. I went out to meet them regardless and the driver was nowhere to be found despite walking up and down the road. After waiting for 20 mins and multiple attempts to contact, eventually got through to the store. The lack of basic empathy was infuriating, then the lack of service itself even worse. Could not get my food despite me walkng around the road to find the driver, and could not get written confirmation they were actually refunding me. I disputed it with my bank to actually get my money back. Contacted head office and the first response had no service tone, just a request to prove what times I'd phoned the store. Once I sent this, still no tone of service anywhere and no commentary or the blatant discrimination to vulnerable people.
Dominos is on alot of people's boycott list for a reason.

The pizza was really disgusting. It is not cooked. I can clearly see even the veggies are not cooked. I called the store to inform they said that the flour has changed . So that?s the reason why it looks white in colour. I asked them even the veggies are not cooked they regret to listen to that.

The guy with the black turban you should avoid in all cost! Refused to take my call and eventually he picked up 20mins before they closed and he was extremely rude and refused to take my order and told me i had to go to the store which i did, however even then he was extremely aggressive and served someone else but not me. I used to work for this company and this is one of the lowest customer service I have experienced in my life. Despite how aggressive he was he was trying to twist the story and still refused to serve me food whilst someone else was there ordering. He refused to provide his name, but please feel free to see the picture of this RUDE AND UNWELCOMING PERSON DOWN BELOW.
P.s for I have many videos of the interaction I had with him and his co-workes who refused to provide their or his name

Amazing the only thing that was bad was it took 30 mins the best item is the pepperoni pizza with a garlic pizza

This branch of Dominoes is the most disappointing experience ever. We have had multiple bad experiences with food, but this time the service was just too bad. The shift manager, who was an Asian dude with a turban (specifying this only because we are not allowed to take the names), was extremely rude and gave us the worst customer interaction. When asked for a garlic dip that very clearly came with our order, he kept on denying to give us even after pointing out the menu itself where it was clearly written. His next response was this very rude "I have been working here for 3 years", which I'm not sure how it is relevant to me as a customer. His impolite way of saying "I'm giving it now but pay for it next time" was so inappropriate as we did not ask him for a free profuct or anything. We paid for the entire order and the price included the garlic dip. This particular person whenever we have met with him instore has never been very pleasant but we have not interacted with him much to report this. But this interaction was just plain unpleasant and disrespectful. This is not just about the garlic dip as we did recieve it but only after he showed so much attitude to us and pretended as if we were begging to him to give it to us for free.PS, please note, we are Asians as well, and we were not even in the slightest rude or disrespectful to him. So we do not understand why he had to respond like that to us.

Shout out to Courtney. Thee most obnoxious woman I've had the displeasure of dealing with for some time. Cold, undercooked pizza that apparently she cut herself and, was oozing with cheese. Refer to pics. Full order inedible. Avoid... Escalated to Customer Services as advised by said staff member. Less than 1 star..Already had a response from CS Team having seen the photos.Not the standard expected, apparently!I concur!
