Sunday late lunchtime, it was very quiet. Nice seats and a view over the shopping streets.

Always have a lovely time at cosy club. The food and drinks are top notch and the atmosphere is great. Recommend the Asian fried chicken.

The Cost Club is one our biggest bar disappointments. When it first opened it was one of most favourites places to meet friends, have food or have a few drinks. It just carries on going downhill, which is such a shame.
The prices along with some other bars have gone through the roof, and now they offer table drinks service and slap on a service charge; to be served from a bar!? Rising costs? Cost of living? Or is it, let's fleece the supposes rich people of Cheltenham?
Whatever the reason, it's badly managed and has lost its appeal.

I had a lovely brunch with friends at Cosy Club in Cheltenham. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious - clearly made with care and attention to detail. The team were efficient, friendly and really added to the experience by taking time to chat to us. A relaxed atmosphere and great service. Perfect spot for a weekend catch-up. Highly recommend!

We were booked in for a private event.
Despite it being busy (it was a big private event), the staff coped really well and everyone was served.
There was a buffet of food that was great, having all kinds of tasty options, the halloumi fries were delicious.
Good location and the place was nicely air conditioned.
Thanks for having us!

Three times I've been here now and its unbelievable how slow and untrained the bar staff are. They are happy to take a drinks order off you and take your money, then just ignore you for about 25 minutes whilst they carry on making a tray of about ten cocktails without having the common sense to #A let you know there may be a slight wait #B ask one of their colleagues to give them a hand or sort your order (3 pints of larger that take about 1 minute to pour) or #C just get your order done first since it will take 2 minutes and then they can get back to the cocktails.
They couldn't care less that your sat waiting, absolutely no urgency what-so-ever, just calmly and slowly making cocktails without a care in the world.
Absolutely zero training given, just minimum wage workers chucked in at the bar.
The other time I went I got seated for food, got ignored for twenty minutes and left and got a sandwich from the tesco express outside instead.
The décor is nice though, hence the 2 stars.

I love the cosy club and always visit our local one when I can. When I found out there was one in Cheltenham I had to go.
The food and drinks were tasty!
I was also extremely happy that they also allowed me to take my dog in.

The Cosy Club is a set of franchised establishments that aims to be a breakfast/brunch cafe and boozy lunch spot, that evolves into your evening cocktail bar as the day progresses. The 1930s New York Jazz bar vibes has some heavy velvet and black and white photos, with just enough chandeliers to keep Sia happy.
I?d say the decor and vibe is a bit like someone ordered Harlem?s famous Cotton Club on Temu, but it?s quirky, eclectic and easy to forgive.
Cheltenham?s Cosy Club is in The Brewery Quarter, and I?ve walked past it a lot, but on this day the offer of something cosy and out of the horrendous downpour of rain helped make our decision for us.
I was genuinely surprised by the quality of the snacks we ordered, and would happily head back for more.
The Mozzarella & Ricotta Arancini had balanced earthy flavours with the right amount of crisp and cheese. Sometimes arancini can be stodgy but these were great.
The Halloumi & Hot Honey was simple with the right amounts of salty and sweet, this is becoming a popular dish, the Woozy Pig?s version is way better and still a benchmark but these still hit a spot.
The Pulled Beef & Smoked Bacon Croquettes were my favourite of the three, they hit the right notes for richness and depth without overplaying it - the bacon was there but didn?t take it over. I liked them a lot.
I wasn?t familiar with Monkey Bread, so asked the waiter what it was and he said ?it?s bread, that you rip at like a monkey.? Makes sense I guess. It was very yummy bread and the butter it comes with evolves it beyond a primate dish.
The wait staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, making sure we enjoyed our experience.
It?s a big open space and has a well appointed bar and looks like it can do small groups like ours and some larger sized ones.
While I will always try and support local, non-franchise operations, anyone doing anything in hospitality and hiring good people to do yummy things deserves our patronage. Had a lovely visit and will definitely visit again.
