As im a regular at costa also have 2 family members work for them also.
I found the experience I recived today at this branch terrible. I asked for my drinks to be extra hot and the look I got of the woman doing the drinks. She replied with it will burn you and the face well a smile would be great with a service.
Not only that do they not clean the food cabinet as it has thick dust on. Not very hygienic I must say.

A very helpful young lady called Tia helped me today by carrying a large, heavy bag to my car. I have back pain and she offered to help after seeing me struggle. I was very impressed with her caring attitude and the fact that she took time out to help me.

I was very impressed by one of your staff today, who was on one of the tills ,her name was Kate and she showed extreme kindness to a Lady who had just paid for her Goods but was upset as she had just left her Huaband at home who has Cancer, she gave her a hug which meant a lot to her. What a hero Luke is!! He is working alone all day and moving so fast he will meet himself coming back!! It's a busy cafe and he is taking the orders, making the coffee , heating the toasted sandwiches taking the money and being very pleasant!! He is like a machine going as fast as is humanly possible. He had not had a break at 2.00 but he was very tired by then. Her is a lovely young man who is working so hard with no support. Well done Luke you are very much appreciated for the super service that you gave us today. Thank you.

Just visited Tesco's Bishops Cleeve, 10.15, shop was quiet and used the self-service till located right by the 2 assistants. Had problems with scanning. I had to call 1 assistant as the red light was flashing, which she eventually responded to, then the other assistant 3 times, she was so uncommunicative and miserable, each time. Next time I will go to a main till, or get home delivered.

- 1 star: trolleys are found all around local area, please put a system in place to make people return them.

Great it was nice and clean I just had to ask for the lady to clean it up and she cleaned the mess up.Vegetarian options: Is a wide range of vegetarian options for you to order.

The girls in Costa are amazing. They are so funny and so kind to everyone that goes into the shop. I've been to a few Costas and the Cleeve shop is definitely the best and friendliest by far.
