Awful shop. Never any stock, suzie is rude and abrasive, lottery machine never works whilst she's working. Just all in all horrible experience don't go in a rush ever you'll be waiting. Edit 4 weeks in a row now they lottery machine hasn't worked when the rude lady suzie working. Manager and coop should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to go on for what seems like years.

Unorganised shop and staff. Always loads of deliveries to pack away. Morning or afternoon. They literally don?t care. Customers need to flag down staff to get served. The older lady behind the counter has no manners even to greet customers. Younger staff have no interest in serving anyone. All the staff are doing is a favour!!! It?s been months of this. Staff never answered the question that I asked, made me feel uncomfortable like I'd done something wrong and then proceeded to use her phone in front of me. I've been in customer service for 25 years. Train your staff better!

Didn?t want to give one star, I now it?s a small store so can?t have a big variety of stock so that?s ok, but the staff are not very friendly or customer focused, I know they could be having personal issues but a job in retail might not be for them

Had a negative experience that meant I would rather not return. A lady at the checkout with a short grey ponytail told me that I could not bring a folded up portable bike that I was carrying into the shop. Although I disagree, if this really is store policy then I have objection. However, as I was leaving she commented to another customer that she really didn't know why I didn't just buy a lock in a raised sarcastic and rude tone that really hurt me. I will not be returning to a shop that I have otherwise regularly shopped at for some time.

Quite possibly the rudest manager I've ever encountered. Completely disinterested in serving me and seemed to have no problem in bossing the staff about. In the last couple of months, the store standards seems to have dropped. There's often an unusual pong, possibly from lack of cleaning and stock isn't correctly labelled. I also purchased mushrooms that were reduced, only to realise that they were several days out of date. Surely the manager makes these decisions, so he must be pushing out out of date stock.

Although the staff are pleasant I?ve been in the store twice this week after work & both times the price stated for the item isn?t the price I paid. & I do have a membership card. Which didn?t make any difference as wasn?t on offer for these items. Crumpets marked up at 95p I got charged £1.25. Maris piper potatoes marked up £1.25 got charged £1.30. Someone needs to check they are marked up correctly

Disappointed by the lack of customer service I received tonight. An issue with the self service check-out meant I needed assistance.Only to be abruptly told "No" and "to get to the back of till queue"It doesn't take much to respond politely or request the help of one of your colleagues to assist the situation.I will avoid stopping there now as it's not the first time a member of staff has been curt with me at this store.

Impressed with peaceful air of quiet good industry going on to keep store tidy clean and stocked shelves .Young manager man noting stock needs at nearing 6pm. Not getting in the way in aisles as he did so aware of customers about .Rather more pleasant and kind caring air than in our local CoOp BS9 Bristol one thought to be honest, where tgey also have the CoOp radio, unlike here, ... also makes things more loud and stressful, tense air, one thinks.Simple small store with simple corridors layout .Might get cramped when busy possibly.?More than just one self service till might be better too.?But overall one of the best of CoOp stores found. Very good amd thanks ! -- Enjoy their work and get good rewards for doing it well so?(Though I don't think cooperative businesses need take over all , or that is, myself agree with all the politucs of. ...But at face value and as such an expeess convenience small supermarket place a store face value very nice, good, seems,... first visit. Impressed ! Good pleasant and would use again here if calling by . Very good and thanks to the staff and manager on duty too.

Overpriced. Hardly anything in stock.Bad selection. Can't wait for this shop the close down. Wouldn't recommend in anyway

Appalling behaviour by one member of staff last week behind the counter who wrongly chased me out the store. Wouldn?t recommend.
