Very disappointed in the level of customer service, all I wanted to do was have a look at the kids shoes, didn't have child with me, asked if I could pop up, one staff said yes got half way up and was told no too busy and to come back. Went back later on, again asked if I could go up was told yes then when I got up was barked at by a male staff member telling me the kids section was closed. Staff clearly don't communicate to each other and certainly dont know how to communicate to customers

Terrible staff, very rude. Attempted to purchase and try on a pair of shoes only to be told by the staff member they were to busy. Ignored completely by the second staff member. Appalling attitude.

Great customer service 4.1.25. We were kept informed of when we would be served by the floor manager in a busy children?s department upstairs. Then we were served by Ruby who could not have been more helpful and patient with us. Much appreciated experience.

After choosing a pair of shoes, asked to try black in size 7. The assistance told me not in stock. Asked to try brown instead, and again told not in stock. Instead offered me size 8! Size 8? why would this fit when I am a 7?
A wide fit was mentioned and I mentioned that I was not sure whether my feet are standard, wide or between 7 to 7.5. It was only later that it dawned on me that I should have had my foot size measured. Why did she not offer to do this? Surely this is a core part of the job. Not good.

My daughter bought her son's down to be visit us from Berkshire and visited this shop. Both boys feet were measured and sandals bought. Very poor quality for Clarks but not in PRICE. The assistant said " that's what their feet are measuring at". Straps kept coming undone. Very poor. Won't go there again.?

Went to Clark?s in Cheltenham today to buy my daughter?s first shoes. Spoke to two sales people who seemed determined not to sell me a car and one who walked off as I was talking. Didn?t end up getting her shoes. ?

Polite and helpful staff, didn't have the shoes I wanted as we measured my feet and saw I need wide fit, managed to find me a nice alternative

Unfortunately understaffed. Third in line to be seen with a wait of 20 mins, which we didn?t mind waiting for but in the time we sat there we watch 4-5 family's walk in and back out refusing to wait for half an hour. In my eyes from a Business perspective that is lost Business for the sake of having some extra staff? Most are in there to have the kids shoes fitted. Kids don?t want to wait around. Surely there is a better system? More staff? Staff are helpful and kind.
