Very disappointed in the level of customer service, all I wanted to do was have a look at the kids shoes, didn't have child with me, asked if I could pop up, one staff said yes got half way up and was told no too busy and to come back. Terrible staff, very rude. Attempted to purchase and try on a pair of shoes only to be told by the staff member they were to busy. Ignored completely by the second staff member. Appalling attitude.

Great customer service 4.1.25. We were kept informed of when we would be served by the floor manager in a busy children’s department upstairs. Then we were served by Ruby who could not have been more helpful and patient with us. Much appreciated experience.
