Claires it self can offer great deals. BUT unfortunately time and time again there seems to be confusion over what offers are available and what's on sale. MULTIPLE times now I have asked are things included in deals and been told they are not only to discover later that they are! This has ment that multiple times as a customer I have missed out. And the staff are quite clearly less than impressed when I question it.

Got served by the manager (stocky lady, black hair) wearing glasses. she was V rude not interested in saying; thank you, please, is there anything else you need/require. Was busy chatting away to another girl about School Prom, both didnt give a *hit about their customers. The Skinny girl thought she was working for Harrods. Completely rude and not helpful, both of them. Boxes were everywhere, literally from the counter to the floor.

Had my seconds done today by Daisy I?m so happy with them and over all Daisy made me feel comfortable all the way through. Great customer service? I definitely recommend anyone to have there ears pierced at Claire?s accessories ?

The main walkway is alright, but the sides are very narrow and in my wheelchair, very difficult to get through. It's also incredibly difficult to get past other customers here. Thankfully the staff are always really sweet and helpful, but usually it isn't worth visiting just because of the other clientele and the layout

We had a really good visit today. All three girls were friendly and helpful and the two assistants who pierced our seven year old daughters ears were professional and made her feel relaxed about the experience!

I was here for my daughter's ear piercing. The girl (name start with kh) who was marking the spot did'nt marked in center one ear resulted uneven piercing. Please avoid with new and inexperienced. Always go with known name as Clair's is indeed a good place. Be little cautious if you are there for piercing.
