A terribly poor experience. No atmosphere in this place whatsoever, no music, I was told off for answering a call on my mobile. Deeply uncomfortable seats, awful drinks that were outrageously expensive, and to top it all off, the barmaid (Italian woman) stood and stared at us whilst we had our drinks. Staff were really friendly but the drinks were so expensive and the bar lacked any kind of atmosphere. Only stayed for one.

Excellent beer, food, and service.The last-named, especially, was exemplary.When l am next in Cheltenham, l will return.
