Couldn?t be more satisfied with the service provided from the computer centre. I had no idea what to do for my son?s laptop and Justin went above and beyond in helping me. I now have a very happy child with a computer that is 100% functioning to its full capacity. I would highly recommend PC and MAC repairs in Cheltenham.

Well? It turns out that my computer wasn?t broken after all but Justin?s attitude was excellent! He got me booked in and we had a quick look and he has a very can-do approach! If I do need repairs, then I know that I?ll be coming back to Justin

I was able to take in my PC the same day. Justin was very meticulous in finding the fault with my sons PC and kept me informed at any decision making stage with clear options on how to progress. PC was fixed the same day and i would highly recommend Justin even just to give your hardware an MOT every now and again, it definitely worth it .

My daughter?s MacBook Air unfortunately acquired a broken screen with a big thick black vertical line running through the screen. I contacted Cheltenham Computer Centre for advice and to see how much it would cost to replace to fix. Justin was absolutely wonderful and I was able to pop it into him to inspect before ordering a new screen. He rang me the next day to say the new screen had arrived and he fixed it within a few hours that same day. I felt confident that I?d left my daughter?s MacBook in safe hands and Justin did a fantastic job. The MacBook now looks and functions again like new. Very competitively priced too. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Cheltenham Computer Centre and I?m just so pleased I?ve found somewhere friendly and professional to go back to should I have any other computer issues in the future. What really amazing help I received from Justin today. My poor old laptop gave up the ghost 2 days ago and I couldn't do anything with it - just had a black screen. I phoned Justin having seen his good reviews and as I lived en route to the workshop he even picked up the laptop on his way! Having examined it, he confirmed that it was beyond economical repair. Nothing was backed up. I thought I had lost everything. I don't have my photos backed up to google either, nor emails. As I said to Justin "someone like me shouldn't have a computer!" Anyway, Justin put my hard disk into a refurbished HP Probook that he had and absolutely everything is there from my old computer. The Probook is so much better too. And all the keys light up :) :). Everything was ready in just over 3 hours. I couldn't be happier. It also comes with a warranty and Justin gave me quite a lot of helpful advice too. I would certainly recommend Cheltenham Computer Centre to anyone with a computer problem. Thank you sooooo much Justin. I can't believe the speed in which this has been sorted for me - and at a very good price too £210. Have a lovely weekend.

Best kept secret in Cheltenham! Both Apple Support and the Apple Store in town told me that my iMac would cost north of £600 to fix, and at least £2k to recover the data. A friend recommended giving Cheltenham Computer Centre a try before I recycled it. 3 days later and it's running better than it was before it died! Justin is a rare-breed - trustworthy, fair priced and really knows his stuff. Hands down the best phonecall I've made this year!
