I am happy to recommend Charles Lear Estate Agents. They were suggested to me by a friend who had really good experiences with them. Shae Preece and Joe Brady were both extremely professional and personable. They pursued a number of ways to promote our house in its best light, and provided regular updates. They gave good advice in presentation of the property and pricing which ultimately resulted in the sale.

I recently sold a 2 bedroom apartment in Cheltenham through Charles Lear. Their advice on pricing the property to sell in a slow housing market was excellent and I was delighted to receive an offer on only the 5th viewing in line with my expectations.
It was a very compressed exchange and completion deadline due to summer holiday arrangements but Shae was excellent in managing the communication between myself, the buyer and the solicitors.
I would highly recommend their services due to their in depth knowledge of the local market and professionalism throughout.

We have just sold our house with Charles Lear and would highly reccomend them. Dan valued our property and it was quickly on the market with lots of viewings booked in, and we quickly received a full asking price offer. I then dealt with Lucy who was always on hand and couldn't have done more. I felt she could really see the family and the lives behind the sale rather than just viewing it as another transaction. I cannot recommend Charles Lear Estate Agents enough. We dealt with Joe Brady who was extremely professional and personable. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always went above and beyond. Any communications either by email or telephone were always promptly dealt with and he was always well informed. When we decided to relocate to Cheltenham we dealt with a number of Estate Agents and Charles Leah absolutely stood out from the crowd. We had excellent service and help from Charles and Rebecca on the 2024 sale of our bungalow in Charlton Kings, with the sale agreed inside a week, and were delighted with the flat on The Park that Vanessa found for us.
When a larger flat in the block became available, it was an obvious move. Through many difficulties, mainly caused by two inadequate firms of solicitors in the chain, we had unstinting support from Vanessa and Tom over the months the process took. But with Vanessa's persistence, we now have our ideal home. We could not recommend Charles Lear & Co more highly.
