I visited the store today to try and sell some DVDs. The shop was empty apart from staff and despite being acknowledged was ignored and left waiting a long time only for someone to say they don't take DVDs. Poor service and run down location

A lady served me whilst i was trying to check the value of my macbook, and trying to purchase an ipad, she rushed me during the whole process and was quite rude. Felt like they wanted me gone. Didn?t care about my experience, never purchasing from cex AGAIN!!!

It's just a CeX, no better than any other?still has its worn-out look and run-down shop.
However, the staff were lovely. I traveled about an hour and a half to get to this location, as they were the closest with the product I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful with my final decision.
If they had a product I needed again, I would make the trip.

I visited cex Cheltenham to look for an Xbox. Unfortunately I couldn't remain in the shop due to a horrible smell in the shop and I spoke to a few of the staff regarding Xbox's and the staff were helpful but dressed scruffy looking, messy hair, unkept beards and scruffy torn clothes one in particular had the most horrific BO problem it was disgusting. I left returned the next week to find everything hadn't changed Very smelly place

I use CEX alot when I am in bad need of cash most staff are freindly some could do better. Down side of selling to cex is having to wait for them to test things but there you go anyway may be back again soon.

Edit: I don't know how to reply to CEX, but,
3rd time in a row received wrong or defective items,
2 days one after another one shop is closed just before 5pm while the program says 6pm.
