I went to pc world Cheltenham lunchtime today with a few issues with my laptop. A smashing chap (didn?t catch his name but he had long hair) on the repairs desk totally sorted it out within 10 minutes and was brilliant! Well done

I wonâ??t shop here again.
I ordered a click and collect. Stupidly Currys forces you to collect within 24hrs of ordering which, in my case, meant visiting at a busy time. Why not give customers a little longer and then you spread out demand?
Anyway, I walk in at 1430. There are only three tills, one isnâ??t working. There are 13 people queuing. I finally pay at 1440 and am told to wait for the product to arrive.
At this point the idiocy of the store becomes clear. The collection desk is as far away as possible from where the products are stored meaning staff are constantly running from one end of the store to the other with boxes.
By 1500 people whoâ??d arrived after me were collecting their goods so I collared a member of staff and finally managed to get my product.
At 1510, I left the store - so 40mins for an easy, pre-ordered click and collect.
People donâ??t just order online because itâ??s cheaper; they do so because of experiences like this.

The worst experience in customer service ever. Still can't believe it. They first kept my phone for a warranty repair for over two weeks, and their website system told me that the phone was repaired, just to tell me on collection that the repair was not performed as Motorola did not allow them to repair it! Why you book the repair if you can't do it!? And why keep me waiting for bloody 2 weeks!? You nearly had my forgiveness after you promised me 15 pounds voucher as an apologize, but this also was a lie! I came to you today to get this voucher just to being told off by your customer assistant Michael that he can't approve this transaction cause he is not a manager! Why didn't you tell me beforehand that I need to come when manager is there! And apparently he always finishes at 6pm, making impossible to give me that voucher! And you Michael, you were there when manager was promising me that voucher! You know what?! I don't care about your 15quid as I lost more because of your unprofessional approach. And yeah, it's the same Michael who booked repair of my phone even though you can't repair Lenovo/moto machines! Unbelievably disappointed, please avoid this place like a plague , people! P.s. how can you promise something without giving any reference code! Otherwise no one knows what is going on!

They failed to close out my upgrade, my sim didn't transfer
Called customer services 4 times, hopeless they said call cheltenham store
Called the store 4 times could not get through.
Had new mobile ten days still paying pay as you go on old mobile, still can't use new phone on contract as sim didn't transfer
Worst ever experienced and it beggars belief, Cheltenham carphone warehouse messed up big time, customer services didn't help, store won't answer their phone, which means I will have to go to store to resolve the mess they created.
Arghhhhhhhh it's a total joke.

Have been trying to get in touch with car phone warehouse Tewkesbury road Cheltenham but was deliberately diss engaged whilst waiting for phone to be answered after going through a selection of options.
