“Took my car in yesterday because it was steering to one side and vibrating a lot, they had to order new tyres and had it sorted the next day (quicker than originally thought). Also sorted related issues I didn't even know I had - the steering was really stiff and I just attributed it to being an old car! Don't think it's driven this smoothly since about 1995.

I'm a new driver and a young woman so it's really daunting taking my car in for repairs as I've been messed around in the past, but I will absolutely come in here the next time I have any issues with my car. Really friendly bunch of people and great price too - it ended up costing less than quoted too so I'm happy they were honest and kind. Thank you!!”

Took my car there just for an MOT yesterday but they also switched off a warning light on my dash while they was at it (it was nothing, fault long ago fixed, but my own code reader couldn’t turn it off for some reason) without me even asking. “What praise can I actually write that hasn't already been said by others, so you need to experience it for yourselves as you really won't be disappointed, but I'll share my experience anyway, as I've been left so impressed and I've used many garages over many decades to compare them against and we all know of the horror stories you see written about some of them.Anyway my T6 developed an unusual knocking noise on Saturday 9th on the front end, so after reading so many good reviews on here I left them a message on their Website on Sunday that was answered first thing Monday morning by Pete calling me directly to see how he could help further, so after me explaining my predicament Pete explained that they were fully booked until after Christmas, but he said he'd like to help me diagnose the fault at least based on the fact l'd told him I didn't want to risk driving it with my kids in until such time I was sure it was safe to drive, so he said he would squeeze me in that afternoon to take a look. Well I'm so grateful he did, as he checked all the usual suspects for the type of knocking heard fully on the ramp for wear and tear and they were all fine, but then he remembered I'd mentioned I'd had a puncture fixed the week before, so a light must of went off in his head, as he grabbed his torque wrench and to my absolute horror he discovered the wheel nuts on the repaired tyre hadn't been fully torqued up and it was the wheel coming loose that was causing the knocking, so I am so grateful to you Pete and the fact you tightened them and then got your colleague Nigel to check the rest out of courtesy is so nice of you and I can honestly tell you I've never encountered such great customer service and friendly staff from the offset, so I highly recommend you to everyone who reads this and I look forward to seeing you in the new year.
