Love a burger star, one of the best burgers you can buy. The service is efficient, and you are not kept waiting. Go get yourself one, you won't be disappointed

My visit made me realise how much I actually enjoy my job. Server corrected my pronunciation of ?chorizo? twice (second time was deliberate, because I couldn?t believe he actually even bothered.) food was mediocre at best, service was a masterclass in passive aggressive communication. Grumpy rude and disinterested staff who clearly didn?t want to be there. Overrated and over priced. Orange Fanta was the highlight, it?s a mystery why anyone would be a repeat customer.

What happened!?
Gone from the best veggie burgers and milk shakes to the worst. I hope that you go back to the old ones, the family used to look forward to eating here now it's just a disappointment.

Very disappointing as a vegi. I used to eat here over the last 30 years and the vegi burger was great. Its now the cheapest potato and frozen veg burger in breadcrumbs. All for nearly 8 quid. As much as the meat ones. Absolutely dreadfull and thinking of just binning it....and an update i didnt bin it as was so hungry and paid so much for it. Im home now and feel sick. I will never eat here again. Vegi's avoid and if your meat eating friends suggest it say no.

As a veggie I have never mind paying more for a burger Star one, but they have recently changed their veggie burger for a cheap potatoes and pea one covered in bread crumbs, no better than a cheap high street one. Unless they change back to the original one I won't be going back, and paying double for a not so nice one. Very disappointed
