“I attended Build Base Cheltenham on Saturday the 4th following a very stressful time require urgent repairs to a roof area. I was somewhat clueless with a list and a man with a trailer and was served by two ever so helpful guys (Rob & Cameron i recall) both were so happy to help me, went out there way for me and made a very stressful panic trip so much better !! I had been to other places before build base that morning and maybe these two could teach the other places (left un-named) a few customer service skills. Two complete gents - and so so VERY helpful.
