Excellent, friendly, professional service, as always. My fitter, Meg, was wonderful at finding the right style and fit for me. She helped me get over my anxiety and boosted my confidence. I left walking taller and with a lovely bra that fits me far more comfortably than my previous bras. Meg wrote down the bra details too, so I can order more colours online when their warehouse and website are functioning again (soon, thankfully - it must have been really tough on them following the warehouse fire, but they were as cheerful and positive as ever.) Thanks especially to lovely calm Meg!

I was very disappointed with my fitting booked an appointment and was expecting a one to one not flitting between rooms and waiting to be looked at in the bras it is to expensive not to have proper service will not go again the first time I visited was in London and they were excellent cannot say the same for Cheltenham lizzy served me today and was really disappointed with the service I had even brought the wrong size bra to expensive to not have good service

I had a recent experience where Bravissimo went above and beyond what any other company has ever done for a loyal customer. I am so impressed with them, and very grateful for their help and assistance in a situation I had where I was potentially out of pocket. I will now be placing all my underwear orders with them! Cannot rate highly enough and will be sure to remember their customer care for the future. A big company who still cares about its customers. Very happy. Thank you!

I can not fault this shop. The staff are all wonderful and caring. After being diagnosed with breast cancer I needed a post op bra. The lovely ladies treated me with so much care. I underwent my surgery yesterday which was very painful but have been able to feel little less pain with the fantastic bra from here, you really have made me feel good in a horrible situation.

Rude staff. There were 2 staff, I was the only customer on the shop floor upstairs. I didn?t mind that you were busy sorting some stock and talking to each other, but to not acknowledge a customer standing by the till where you were working is unacceptable. A quick, be with you in a minute, is all that is required. I will buy online.

I genuinely cannot fault this place. The staff here are so friendly and amazing. Their ability to measure you with just their eyes is such an incredible talent. I?ve always been insecure about having a bigger bust but coming here I always leave feeling so confident. Meg helped me yesterday and she did such an amazing job. She found just what I was looking for and made sure to tell me her opinion on each one rather than just going along with what I think which made me feel like she genuinely cared about the service she was giving me. The bra?s are lovely but quite expensive but that?s just the unfortunate reality of having a bigger bust but I would say it?s really the staff that make this place. They are friendly, bubbly and seem like they actually care about helping customers and finding just what they need.

Visited this morning with my newborn baby feeling a little flustered and anxious about how i was going to manage. I needn't of been, because when I got there someone (sorry I can't remember your name!) got my past sizes off the system, found me some to try on and made sure that I had a changing room big enough for my pram. She also made me feel so comfortable and let me know i was welcome to feed my baby in there if I needed to.
The shop always has a supportive atmosphere, and the customers at the till insisted I skip the queue so I could escape before my baby woke up.
Thank you so much for making a new mum feel looked after and in safe hands!

Had my first bra fitting with the Cheltenham store and I had the amazing Gill, she was very patient, helpful and made me feel comfortable. I haven't had a bra fitting in five years so was apprehensive but I couldn't recommend her enough, very kind and couldn't do more to help. I left feeling confident with my new bra and will return for more, thank you!

I don't think I've ever had as good an experience when shopping for bras. It's usually just frustrating due to my unusual size. I was assisted my Amber who was very helpful and knowledgeable with the sizing and I came away with a bikini that actually fits well.
Highly recommend to people that struggle due to a large cup and small back. ?

I always like to get my bra fittings at Bravissimo, they?re always brilliant. My first time booking one in this branch and I had the lovely Liv. She was so friendly and professional, putting me at ease straight away. I explained that I was just having a fitting, not actually buying today as I need to wait till after pay day! This did not faze her one bit, she updated my fitting perfectly and after checking exactly what styles I was looking for, brought loads of suitable styles to try.
