It?s a big building and lots of room. The main win for me is the fact that you can deposit cash into your account via the outside ATM. Meaning that I can do this even when the bank is closed.

Sandy helped me with an App issue that's been ongoing for a few weeks quickly and efficiently. I would suggest IT and Fraud departments 'talk' to each other, and Fraud team discuss issue with customer about Markers placed on their accounts. The team in Cheltenham were very helpful in this instance
