I came into Babyland to look at the Silver Cross pushchairs and bundles, and I was warmly welcomed by Abbie. She immediately made me feel at ease and showed fantastic knowledge of the products. Abbie gave me a full demonstration, answered all of my questions (none of which were treated as silly!), and went above and beyond to help. We even tried the pushchair and car seat in my car to make sure everything fit properly and was easy to use ? especially important as a first-time mum-to-be. I left feeling confident and well-informed. Thank you, Abbie!

We had a good experience for the most part. Until we first experienced Karmen on the phone rudely telling us, that after several attempts they were unable to replace our brand new but scratched Cosatto frame, with one that wasn?t damaged. Adding to our surprise, they would give us the choice of one of the three damaged ones they had in store, no mention of a refund or discount. It would then be left to us to contact Cosatto ourselves to chase, if we wanted one with no damage.
When we finally heard back from the manager, after we had expressed our disappointment to Karmen, who was very rude and highly unprofessional on the phone, the manager did offer us a full refund, without an apology however and we were forced to return what bits of the £1000 bundle we had received undamaged ourselves, all the way back to Cheltenham once again.
On our visit to return the remaining bundle and to receive our refund, we were welcomed with a very frosty reception, mainly from Karmen. Again she acted with a very low level of professionalism, if any and showed no remorse to us as an upset expectant couple for the first time. She loudly, in front of other customers, expressed her anguish at my expression of disappointment I had voiced on the phone, at the awful service they were providing.
When we finally heard from the owner, Dominique, who was even less sympathetic about having caused upset to us both, especially my 36 week pregnant wife, we were forced to end the call because all he wanted to do was defend the actions of Karmen and his other staff, who had been left ?stressed?, rather than apologising for the stress and upset they as a business had caused both my wife and I. The joy and excitement of purchasing and collecting our first pram and car seat ruined! Unforgivable!
We have since gone direct to Cosatto, who offered an excellent level of customer service. Karmen and Babylands excuse that they could do no more for us in dealing with Cosatto themselves, proving untrue. Cosatto, under the awful circumstances, kindly sent our new bundle direct via special delivery, straight to our door. It arrived the next day, pristine and was a lot cheaper than babyland could offer, when subscribing prior to a first order.
Lesson to be learnt, don?t give benefit of the doubt to this small, highly unprofessional, family business, even if you are just trying to help out and shop local. It?s sad, but in this case true. Maybe, at most, just use them for their hands on approach to find what product you want, then order direct from the manufacturer for a guaranteed quality product and service, direct to your door, minus the possible disappointment, upset and heartache we have unfortunately had to endure.

Currently getting our Cosatto Wow 3 all stage everything bundle from BabyLand Cheltenham.
They have been amazing!
The customer service has been excellent and Sarah (with the lovely curly hair as there are 2 Sarah?s) was wonderful and very helpful. She went through everything with me and my partner and showed us how everything works and then let us be big kids and have a play about to get a feel for our choice. She made my partner feel included and involved which was really lovely too.
We went back to pay a deposit and Sarah was off so we spoke with a lovely gentleman there who?s name I can?t remember but he was superb and he tried the car seat in our car to make sure it would be safe for baby. He helped us through our paperwork and deposits etc.
We also got entered into a pushchair/stroller draw and won which is incredible for us as we never seem to have winners luck.
Our experience has been fantastic and we couldn?t have found a better place to shop at. We are very happy and we appreciate all of the help, guidance and advice that has been given to us.
I have highly recommended BabyLand to everyone I have come across so far and will continue to do so.

1 year on, with our wonderful Egg2 pushchair, we had a minor issue with one of the front wheels, produce under warranty, Babyland have been wonderful, replacement sent out ASAP.

Called this morning for last minute advice pram bags for a flight; Harry was so helpful. Even though they didn?t have what we needed, he looked at other retailers to help out. Due to the turnaround time of needing something for travelling last minute and the cost, we ended up investing in a lightweight travel pram after visiting their store. All the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. They put us at ease and have made the start of our trip so much less stressful. Cannot thank them enough and will be using them again.

Would 100% recommend! Harry was brilliant and knew everything we wanted to know and answered all our questions. Fitted the car seat and showed us how to use our pram. Even helped us with our baby carrier! The shop itself price matched our pram and built it with only a days notice as well as allowing us to pay it off over a period of time. Much better than the big shops and wouldn?t hesitate to use again. Harry is fantastic so ask for him if you go in!

Went to Babyland with my husband, daughter in law and son recently. We were all very inexperienced and Harry could not have been more helpful. He is knowledgeable but not at all pushy. I?m so glad my uncle told me about baby land in Cheltenham! I went there today knowing exactly what I was looking for which was a baby car seat - maxi cosi to be precise with a base.Harry who works there was so knowledgeable and came over to assist me and my family and explained everything in clear detail. He was so friendly and even told me a lot about my own pram which I bought in which I didn?t know about!He even went above and beyond and helped carry out the car seat and base to my car and helped put it in my vehicle for me which mean?t a lot!Just want to thank him for all his help today and would highly recommend to anyone!:)
