Highly recommend. Holly and Simon were so patient and understanding in helping us plan our kitchen. Nothing was too much of a problem. Alterations, replacements and returns were dealt with swifty. The whole design team are very friendly and helpful. Also a shout out to the lovely lady that works in the trade bit (sorry didn't get her name). We were kept informed with regards to delivery's and all the delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. Only slight negative is the customer services who we went through for collections, took over 40 minutes to arrange collection of just 6 items and then it was wrong and we had to take bits back to the store but again it was done efficiently and with a smile.

Amazing store, good prices and overall good experience. Young girl on checkouts called Maisie was very cheerful and happy to answer all my questions! Will definitely be returning.

Huge 'thank you' to Tim for his quick and efficient cutting service a few weeks ago. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We really appreciate his excellent customer service!

Really impressed with the cutting service here. Bob was super friendly and upbeat, made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Will certainly be coming here again for more DIY.

Steve in the cutting service today was excellent, he helped me pick out the panel I needed and cut it to size quickly. Top man even helped me decide to use screws over nails and was very kind and through, clearly someone who takes pride in their job. THANK YOU ??

I popped in on my wheelchair to get some paint and brushes etc.
The prices were quite good but it was the staff that were amazing.
Geran went above and beyond, carrying everything and even loading up the car.
