“Took my car in yesterday because it was steering to one side and vibrating a lot, they had to order new tyres and had it sorted the next day (quicker than originally thought). Also sorted related issues I didn't even know I had - the steering was really stiff and I just attributed it to being an old car! Don't think it's driven this smoothly since about 1995.

I'm a new driver and a young woman so it's really daunting taking my car in for repairs as I've been messed around in the past, but I will absolutely come in here the next time I have any issues with my car. Really friendly bunch of people and great price too - it ended up costing less than quoted too so I'm happy they were honest and kind. Thank you!!”

“Took a little while to find as Google Maps gave erroneous directions. Found it tucked away off in a little unsigned commercial estate off Kingsditch Lane. Small counter area but there looked to be an extensive range of car parts on more than one level. In spite of the queue of customers and many people in a back office only one hard working chap was serving. I was there to collect an order I'd made on line and unfortunately it wasn't to hand and took a while to find. When I got home I had an email saying my advance order had been cancelled as the company had overestimated their stock so I was very grateful to the server who had managed to find my part! Overall, pleased with my great bargain and will buy from there again, now I know where it is!”
