I was invited by the dealership Aston Martin Cheltenham through the Aston Martin owners club on the 22nd of March. With a visit came a health check which showed my rear light was suffering from a great deal of condensation. Fortunately my AM Vantage has an extended warranty. Marcus the service manager made a claim, The part was delivered the following week and fitted. Marcus gave excellence service keeping in touch through to the fitting and afterwards. I will certainly return to Aston Martin Cheltenham in the future.

Bought a low mileage 2019 DB11 August 2023 - fantastic sales experience with James who called me when the car became available knowing it was a near perfect spec. Fantastic 5* service experience with Dal. In the first 9 months of ownership a couple of borderline (warranty or not?) issues arose and the team stepped up and fixed them for me. Great service.

Marcus was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable about my recent problem with my onboard display. A software upgrade resolved the problem. Marcus even followed up with a courtesy call to see if the problem had been resolved.
