Emma and her management team are rude, ignorant, obnoxious and arrogant. Head office will hear from me. Don't bother absolutely zero understanding from a retailer I had back problems and felt suicidal and depressed and forgot to return this piece of garbage printer after they gave me a second one to try, same problem, they promised to help me if I had more issues. Totally ignorant and rude you can just tell from the look on there face and attitude says it all. Company I spent thousands with not operating in good faith. Why embarrass me by pulling everything out the box if you're not even going to help me and kick me out the door like you don't care. Absolutely atrocious I'll never buy anything from argos or a corporate company again, find some family run business to properly advise you not to buy a printer which HP have programmed to fall apart unless you sign up and pay money to their schemes. All the information is online because I've lost the email thread from hp she won't do anything well why embarrass me pulling everything out the box I am so upset and embarrassed my back has tightened up again I left the piece of rubbish printer on the counter. Got better things to do with my life than deal with managers who can't be bothered to help and poor attitude with non existent customer service. This country was different a few years ago people could be bothered to do things and help, if I acted like this in my job I'd have no clients left. I'll always help even when it's my clients fault because that's how I keep my business going. Argos shame on you and Emma you are just appalling alongside your horrific management team. Merry Christmas to you, no presents for you.

I went to Argos looking scruffy (which can put some people off) looking for a particular item. I was only looking for cooker hood bulb. A lovely young lady (I?m afraid I didn?t get her name) approached me to see if she could help. I needed to see the item to ensure it was the right one. Unfortunately it wasn?t but the customer service was way beyond what I expected. It was brilliant!!Thank you very much to the lady who provided top class customer service!

Male cashier told me I couldn't have a refund for my bluetooth headphones because, as I had connected them to my phone "they were used". Not only is this condition not mentioned anywhere on their website or the entire internet, I believe it to be in violation of my statutory rights. I got a refund at Brockworth instead. Avoid.

Now they've downsized into Sainsbury's they never have anything in stock. Argos is a rubbish store to shop at now.

Horrible, old lady and another lady get on my nerves refusing to let me return my item even tho it's under warranty. Been on the phone outside for 2 hours either they will refund me or the bank will. Horrible Store will be making complaints.

Wrong item given when collected after prepaying online. Stock number correct but incorrect item on shelf. Argos used to have good stock and be quite efficient. Not the case these days with limited stock and mistakes like this. Amazon next day delivery will push them out if they don?t get stock sorted out. Staff seem friendly and efficient though.
