We went for lunch on Christmas Day we had a great meal the atmosphere was lovely.
Staff were very efficient and friendly.

Fantastic meal had by myself and my party! Food was hot, tasty and looked good on the plate! Service was impeccable and felt really looked after by Zoe! Would highly recommend the mixed grill!

Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian food meal was a traditional English dish that tasted as good as it looks would definitely recommend apple tree for a good meal with friends family and children.
Dietary restrictions: My friend is extremely picky and will not eat certain foods. She requested no salad, no sauce, no cheese just chicken and bun. Normally, this does not happen and there is some kind of salad or sauce on her food. When Food arrived everything was perfect and as requested Food was freshly cooked and the meal was lovely.

Dropped in unannounced for a Sunday lunch and although they were busy, they managed to find us a table for 2.
The roast was sufficiently filling as usual. Great little pub.

For a green king pub it didn?t feel like one, felt like your little country side pub with a twist of great food and staff. Went for a works meal with 15 people, we arrived and got seated, had our first round ordered and delivered with our starters. When finished we had our plates collected, new drinks and mains just after. Couldn?t falter on their service and atmosphere.
Would highly recommend going as a works group, friend group or party. Brilliant pub and brilliant atmosphere.

Starters good. Main roast not so good. Turkey bundled onto the plate in a heap. Vegetable portions non existent. Small stalk of broccoli and 2 miniscule pieces of cauliflower. Seem to think that a huge Yorkshire pudding and a few extra potatoes makes up for it.
