Store is always a mess. Always has empty shelves. Staff are rude especially at the checkouts. Self service hasn't made things faster as now they only have one till open and have trollies going through self service

As a regular customer, the service is good (when the tills are open) Having worked for Lidl a while back I understand that staff are needed to work every area of the shop efficiently when needed, same ethic used in Aldi, however, when there are customers waiting to spend hundreds of pounds in the shop, maybe a manager should spot this and assign somebody to a till to enable this, hence the job of 'manager'. The staff are friendly, but this is basic.

Excellent range & quality of products. Massive store with convenient parking. Their food has changed & some of it not for the better. Shop certain things here but shop around for others

Avoid if you have a large shop, no longer enough people to man the tills so it?s self checkout only, I asked the manager and he refused to open any tills as they had not got enough staff on (there were 3 hanging around and no one to actually do a checkout)! I?m using Lidl from now on

I always believe what's good for one is good for another! Asked for a till to be opened as had a full trolleys worth of shopping just worked night shift too tired to be dealing with self check out trying to squeeze it all in to the area after scanning no sorry just use self service. Ok, no choice, crack on with it, no more than 5 minutes later, a couple of older people rock up with their shopping and a till gets opened up straight away! Wasn't prepared to open a till for me despite £100 worth of shopping yet can happily open one for others
What a joke! No matter the age, all shoppers should be treated the same

I really like the diversity of UK Aldi. Disappointed that the Infusionist Passion Fruit Gin Liquour is only available at Christmas. Otherwise top people.

Long queue at manned checkout and having to scan full trolley and wait for wine to be approved, then having to pack bags after paying and being told well you can put bags on packing area, scan and pack at same time! Hello I get paid to scan and pack bags! Won't be going there again

Usual experience. Not enough checkout staff. Why a business would do everything it can to delay taking my money is beyond me. Avoid unless you have the patience of a Saint.
