Really quiet annoyed had some jeans I needed to return as didn't fit. Drove straight from work(completely opposite direction from home) battled the 5o'clock traffic, to do return,
only to arrive there and it to have closed early lights off and staff gone.

Went there to look for something, but the door was closed. This was at time within the opening hours. I came back later and the lady serving there appeared from a coffee shop next door and opened the door, no apology or acknowledging that I waited for her to come. She only spoke to a lady that was apparently a customer that was locked inside. I left without buying anything. They are raising money for charity, but not at expenses of being rude to customers.

I am happy volunteering at the Quedgeley springboard group held in the library. Nothing is to much trouble for our librarians, such a help and the group is a friendly cheerful bunch. The friendships that we have all made, binds us together.

Great place to get your bargains Clean no musty smell ..Staff very friendly will and try and find you any item you request(size 16 short black trousers, glasses cases agatha christie books.etc.) by looking through stock yet to be put out. Or will keep hold stuff back for you if you are a regular. Often have some great bric a brac Got 2 dinner sets here for under a fiver.
