Really quiet annoyed had some jeans I needed to return as didn't fit. Drove straight from work(completely opposite direction from home) battled the 5o'clock traffic, to do return, only to arrive there and it to have closed early lights off and staff gone.

Went there to look for something, but the door was closed. This was at time within the opening hours. I came back later and the lady serving there appeared from a coffee shop next door and opened the door, no apology or acknowledging that I waited for her to come. She only spoke to a lady that was apparently a customer... read full comment
