They NEVER answer the phone. Then When I actually go to the pharmacy to pick up my son?s prescriptions they never have it in stock anyway! The staff are unhelpful and slow. Shame as it?s the nearest most convenient pharmacy to the doctors surgery.

Convenient pharmacy and proximate to the doctors surgery with a reasonable range of items. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful.2 stars is based on the common very lengthy queue to be seen, flustered sales assistants and overall very slow service. Such a shame.

A small little local chemist that provides a great service to the local community, so easy to call in and pick up my prescriptions. Yes it gets busy and you may have to wait but they can only serve so many at a time, I?ve never had a complaint, nice staff.

Rang to see if my medication was ready Nd they said yes you can come collect. Got there 3 hours later and it wasn't ready. Then I had to wait 45 minutes as the women was so slow. The customer service is shocking. Rude.

Massive thanks to the staff at the pharmacy today. I ran in today in a panic as my husband was having a severe reaction to a bee sting. They were absolutely fantastic, helpful, calm and quick to help us. It is my local pharmacy and they are always helpful but today we're exceptional.Apologies to the people in the shop as I barged in and queue jumped.

Staff are slow but more importantly rude. Especially the blonde lady! Always chattering amongst themselves to create a delay. I have experienced a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been to this chemist. Never enough stock, poor advice to name but a few.If I was a representative for Lloyds I would seriously consider my staffing options at this particular branch.I don?t think I have ever written a bad report in my life but felt compelled to do so with this pharmacy.

40 mins wait for prescription and this was not just once! Was told 15 and it turned into 40. As I have mobility issues is is hard for me to go and come back later so I tend to wait. Since closing the other pharmacy the queue at this one has been horrific. They MUST address this. It's been a year. Employ more people.

I goto this chemist two times a week for me and my partner and every time they always try there best to help me. Before you leave your reviews remember that thay deal with most of Brockworth I'll and old which put a massive amount of stress. Don't go cause no problems , swear, shouting or Be Vilance! Goto the one by Tesco,15mins or Huculcoat but please don't come near. Thankyou for coming to work at this critical time, there are always someone who spoil things just call police and people will have your back . Just call and we will protect this life saveing pharmacy. All the staff are Heroic , Brave and Thank you for you effort.Take are.

As others have said, staff here consistently make customers feel like we're seriously putting them out. Lots of huffing, puffing, eye-rolling and - often - inappropriate comments (although not today, presumably because it was close to closing time and they were keen to be turning the key bang on 1pm). Followed in an older gentleman on two walking sticks - clearly a bit wobbly - but apparently emptying bins and washing up mugs were both far more important than serving him. Eventually he was attended to whilst the queue built up and two more staff made sure to look extremely busy and important at the back so they wouldn't have to serve us. Not sure why this place has two tills - never seen both in use even with queues out the door. There must be a reason why they're all so miserable (Management, perhaps? Could be anything) so I don't want to judge anyone on a personal level but Lloyds should really look at upping their game for this community pharmacy, given that it's the only accessible one now for many residents. It's particularly sad given how lovely the Court Road one used to be. Must try harder, Lloyds.

Extremely rude!!!
My husband got a bad oil burn at work and it was healing but left a scar so we went in to look at bio oils
We then went to the till to ask for some advice now my husband isn't big but has some muscle and I know I'm big but we were asking about him we told them he got it while working his job as a chef and they looked at me and were grinning after my husband finished explaining they then looked at me and just said maybe consider a salad next time and as we were walking out one looked at the other said nice one and started laughing
why on earth did lloyds close the good pharmacy and leave the one where clearly their staff don't care about people and are only there for a paycheck and to criticize things that have nothing to do with them
Lloyds advertises itself as a place where people can go for help without the fear of being laughed at or mocked or make people feel like they are the inconvenience to them the other pharmacy never once made me feel that way the staff were always lovely listened and cared where this shop clearly lacks
In my personal opinion for this place to redeem itself to me is to replace the staff as they have clearly proven on more on one occasion that they just don't give a damn.

Stood there for 10 minutes without acknowledgment whilst the staff chatted to a customer about their own personal woes!!
I was ready to walk out when I finally was asked if I needed anything as if I was an inconvenience - interrupting her gossip!
Terrible customer service.
