Constantly get your order wrong, main issue is staff can?t understand you, just this morning I asked for no tomato sauce, so they remove the sausage and still give me tomato sauce, this isn?t the first time and I?ve had enough of wasting my money, it?s a joke, subway please fix this issue.

So stingy with the fillings and the staff are so rude, they used to be a good branch but i would never come back here again! Youll be paying £7 for bread! Dont come here!

Staff rude and didn?t give me kids packs for kids meal then tried to charge me for a paper cup. My child already had her fingers in the cup and she was willing to put it back for next person. Clearly hygiene is not the best

Really disappointed with my experience at the Bradley Stoke, Bristol branch today. I came in with my child in a pushchair and bought a footlong sandwich. When I asked about the ?Free Kids Meal? promotion (which was clearly advertised and starts today), the staff member completely ignored me. When I asked again, he just brushed me off with ?next time.? I felt dismissed and embarrassed ? like I wasn?t being taken seriously. As a parent, it?s frustrating to be treated this way when you?re simply asking for what?s being offered. I expected better. I am not going there anymore.

Not a good experience. I've been coming here for a few weeks as I work nearby and it has consistently been below the standard a subway should be. The store is never clean, and the quality of the sandwiches is disappointing, with few toppings and also poor communication when serving. I've had a few sandwiches which just didn't seem very fresh.

Customer service needs to improve as it?s really bad. They refuse to swap different salads and give very stingy portions of toppings.
Very rude when speaking to customers and their own staff. Overall visit a different subway.

Was not accepting cash today, only card payments as the till was not working. Unfortunately, this was not communicated BEFORE ordering. This lead to my client, who has additional needs to become anxious, confused, and unable to pay. Some individuals are unable to pay by card and go to places through habit because they know they accept cash.
I suggest if the complication happens again, you inform customers of the change in payment before they order! Preferably verbally. I needed to pay using my card on their behalf.

Really gone downhill in the past few months. My visit at midday on Wed 16th Oct will be my last. Staff were not very welcoming and my wrap was low on meat and Salad but high in sauce....making a soggy unpleasant wrap, ended up in the bin as was not worthy of the price

Food was alright. Customer service wasn't good. Staff that was serving us was arguing that we couldn't have 2 cookies with the 4 meals we had, 2 of our group were eating crisps and 2 were having cookies. But we were told we couldn't do that. Ordered 2 kids meals, they didn't have any of the stuff they advertise. Cleanliness isn't a priority, food all over the floor and tables.

After spending over £250.00 at the Willowbrook centre, we thought we would pop in for a quick lunch.
We chose Subway because it was quiet with only one diner at the time.
However, even with the store empty and 3 members of staff, we were denied entry due to having our shopping with us in a trolley(once again it was empty)the Staff were very rude by shouting at us across the counter.
Some people don't have the luxury of a car and wouldn't like to leave shopping outside.
I guess this company are many enough money to pick and chose
